You know what it is Beth, it's not much the training being to hard, it's the games. Coming one after the other in three to four days...no winter break...International.

Train hard..you need it, but from time to time..in-between games...go for light sessions.
I do that now with gym, I can't go hard in the gym for two days and work where I'm heavily physical all the time. So I do like sessions in-between. And when I have that time to recover better. I'm going HAM in the gym.
But hey, I'm just saying, our players complain a lot lol. But sometimes the manager has to take notice and work on improving the atmosphere.
