    My throttle screw on my 120 keeps vibrating out the second I hit the throttle. I put some blue loctite on the screw idk how long that going to last.

    Boy that little Mac sounds like it's got some serious Yo for a pint-sized saw!!! Good job!

      They do. These little saws punch way above their weight class. They are worth the little extra effort to get them going.

    How do you change piston on a McCulloch 120

    • @j.k.mcclead9207
      @j.k.mcclead9207  Před 5 měsíci

      Remove the engine from the case, looking at the front of the engine, there are 4 bolts. Remove them and the two sections of the engine come apart. Then slide the crank with piston assembly attached out of the cylinder. Take note of the orientation of the crank/piston assembly for re-assembly.

    I need a starter pully for my mini mac 35, do you know where I can get one? I also need an oiler pump for my mcculloch power mac 6. Thanks for your help!

    • @j.k.mcclead9207
      @j.k.mcclead9207  Před rokem

      I usually troll eBay. The 35 uses a metal cup rather than a plastic spindle to engage the pawls. The oil pump is the same for all the mini”s. 110,120,130,140, mini 25,30,35 all use the same pump.

      @@Autigers2013 The PM6 has two basic types. The earlier 6 model is a manual oiler only, and the 6a (A, for automatic oiler) Is an auto oiler with a manual back up. Which model do you have?

      @@Autigers2013 Look at the front of the saw, just to the right of center of the oil tank there should be a small tubular piece protruding from the tank. If so, it is an auto oiler, if not, it is a manual oiler only.
