I have been a subscriber since the beginning of the Itty Bitty project and it is starting to look like this might actually happen. Thank you to Shawn for his service and taking the shake out of the old girl. My only concern is that you have changed the weight distribution in that boat so much will all of the modifications that I hope it does not end up floating like cork on the water or riding so low that you are moving across the water like a snow plow. Dude Ayo, I don't care how few and far between the Itty bitty updates are. These are hands down one of my top 5 video series on CZcams to date. I know whenever you post that I am going to enjoy it. When its all said and done, the ol girls gonna be a Cadillac on the water.
Working with an RV company is smart. Bet they will do a nice job.
You will want to think about weight distribution, planing out, etc. Probably not in their wheelhouse, so putting tanks, etc. will be crucial.
I used to own one of these. Glad the RV guys will do the deserved justice the boat needs.

I haven't laughed that much in a while. I live futher South from where the boat was in Florida. Those summer storms are crazy so funny seeing your struggles. Reminds me of something I recently went through that involved a chicken coop and tarps 😂 the chickens made it they are safe.
I usually think houseboats look like floating mobile homes but yours has such a unique look. Coming from a guy who drives a school bus with a military trailer for my work van, I approve of the quirkiness!

You drunk?! Or 11 years old!? One of the two.
You can launch a boat without getting wet! Connect a long rope to the forward cleat and disconnect the winch line on the trailer. Back the boat in with some momentum and then let the boat float off. Use the rope to control the boat as it floats off. You can also connect a line to front and back on the boat to have more control. Love the updates!

Hit the back of those bolts with 2-3 passes of flex seal if you can, that has worked so well for me whenever I've had to put any hardware into/through the transom on my project.

I love this channel, AYO, and everyone that he has on with him... The best part is that I can watch it with my 8yo daughter because there is minimal if any cussing, minimal if any suggestive content, etc. On top of that AYO is always doing building challenges that teach my daughter about creativity when building, building principles (and sometimes what not to do lol), and thinking outside of the box. This is a great wholesome channel, great guy. Hard to tell if I like the guys and their antics more or the actual challenges and races etc. Good Luck man, thank you for creating! I hope the algorithm pushes your content out to more people and you can get to a million subs!

That is a good looking trailer and motor bracket, I think this thing is going to be a winner, I hope you will haul it all over North America so your subscribers can see it and you in person.
I would suggest moving the kitchenet to the upper deck. Washing dishes and cooking bent over like that will be hell on earth. For a night or 2 it won't kill you, but doing a cross country trip it will cripple your back. I'd keep all seating and laying areas to the lower deck and any standing tasks to the upper deck for long term comfort.
Started watching this over lockdown, great series. You need a netflix show like Rust Valley restores where you find boats for people on marketplace and fix em up for them "Marketplace Mariners" 😂
U need to put some solid wood lounge chairs on the top deck, when pushed together make another over sized sleeping spot for the "king".
Also, right now. Since the frame work is easily accessible. U can fit in guides, so u can drop poles into. When drop in some poles, and cover with a canvas. U got shade on the top top of the Itty Bitty.

Itty Bitty is beautiful, you have come such a long way and I’ve followed you since you got her - the very first episode. The Yammy looks really good on the back to be fair and so many powerboats in Florida use those platforms in heavy seas so I’m sure she will be fine on lakes. Great video dude.

So I used to own a Steury. I'm glad RV guys have it now. When my Steury was on the trailer it had full hook-ups. Can be used just like a camper. Grey water tank only. Rule of thumb is to never S*&t on a boat unless it's absolutely necessary.
I’ve had projects this long, they suck at some points but when they’re mostly “finished” you can share your stories and look back with very fond memories. It’s stuff like this that makes men out of boys. Keep it up and hit me up if you cruise near Wilmington NC. I’ll buy you a beer or 24.

Some helpful advice to all about tarps.
Get a heavy duty canvas tarp, or just a canvas tarp. They are hardier. Protect better, and don't get controlled by the wind as much. Hope it makes your lives easier to anyone that reads this.

Oh by the way I wouldn't have done the stairs on a bike with no front brake either as the wheel is on the wrong way. Hope you realised before any accidents occurred
