Hi, Thank you for all your videos, just wanted to ask, can i use any type of trailer? or does it have to be a specific type? i found a cheap V nose and drop back door, will that get approved once its done in Illinois ? thanks
BTW. I bought the hood with the side exhaust and yes they do stick fsrther out into the center of the trailer. Works fantastic.

That depends on how many total amps/watts you need based on your setup. 30 or 50 amps is what I have seen more
How often do you refill those small propane tanks … most of food truck use 100 lbs

Hood mart. And no fire suppression was separate

Buenas noches compa , te sigo desde hace mucho tiempo, estoy construyendo mi food truck con tus recomendaciones,voy a poner un trompo, un steamer y una freidora chica , una sándwich table ,un boiler y luces dentro y fuera , y pues la hood y extractores de 12 pies ,que potencia de generador me recomiendas, ?gracias espero tu respuesta.
