    I am in the process of building a mobile Paleta stand by renovating a horse trailer. You are my saviour and I am so grateful! THANK YOU! Question - how do you get the water out of the gray water tank? Yes, I know that this is probably a very daft question, but I am just learning. :)

    Frank; Great info as always! My only concern is having the Power Outlet under the Water Heater or below the Sinks in general. (If it gets wet?) BTW I used a SEAFLO 12v pump like that one in a tiny house for 2 years and it ran off the battery bank and was a Champ!:)~ The Plug in type is rated " Industrial" . That's the difference.

    • @fbaltierrez
      @fbaltierrez  Před rokem +1

      Great points. It would be like having the garbage disposal outlet underneath your kitchen sink. I was tempted to use the 12v in the beginning but decided not to

      @@fbaltierrez true and easy enough to swap for a GFCI outlet:) BTW I’m currently building my food truck and ordered the pump you got. Instead of the 12v. The plug in type I think is more powerful? Will see. Keep up the great work! Appreciate it!

  • @KhaledRayyan

    I made a coffee truck and I have a major issue with the water supply and plumbing!
    1. My water supply is 2 x 1000 Litre tanks that are outside the truck. We don’t have fresh water supply to the truck.
    2. Inside the truck I have a 100L drain tank that sits under the sink.
    But my issue is that I have a pitcher rinser that drains tons of steamed milk and sugary sauces.
    The stink that is trapped from the drain tank is unreal!
    Do you know how to deal with something like this?

    • @fbaltierrez
      @fbaltierrez  Před měsícem

      Unfortunately I do not, I don't use that much water as something like a coffee, or even a smoothie truck to clean every single time you blend something. That's a tough one, maybe a local plumber can take a look

    Frank, in DuPage County is your plumbing being inspected? Considering you're doing it yourself I'm assuming it is not. I'm up in McHenry County and was recently informed that there will be an inspection on the plumbing which leads me to believe they would prefer a licensed plumber do the install...I'd rather do it myself.
