They have all had immunity because, until Trump and the Dem's hatred for him, no other President would have been charged. 5) Holding a rally, instructing their supporters to march to the capital, have their supporters construct a gallow, chant "ha ng Mike Pence", attack police officers, and break into the capital building in an attempt to stop the peaceful transfer of power while said President waits for hours to see how it will play out. ARE YOU OK IF BIDEN DOES THAT?
