he has every cooks dream home kitchen....basically a restaurant's kitchen
I've been trying to figure which salted fish goes into this dish!! Thank you for naming it. And what an awesome kitchen!
awesome kitchen
great all time favourite dish.i grew up eating that dish my grandmother use to make it all the time.love using the juices of it on rice.even when i go out to chinese restaurants i get the waitress to ask the chef to make it if its not on the menu hahha.thanks for sharing....cheers
We have a dish like that in Vietnam...but my mom's version is without the dried fish. She uses fish sauce. Texture is everything with this dish...so everything must be beautifully diced. If there's jicama or potato, the dices do make a difference. This is one of the dishes my mom made the night before, steamed in the morning, and left on the stove. She'd be long gone on a Saturday, running an errand. And we could eat it with white rice...or sometimes a very nice crusty baguette.
Wow, awesome kitchen!
I GOT THAT RICE COOKER
awesome video!

That's dinner for the whole family???
i want a two inch gas line into my kitchen lol
@pippensculps Yes, people survived, even through the plague. Let's have more of it then!
does it have to be pork?
Does anyone know what are the stoves he has called? Both the normal and for the wok. Any place or websites to check them out? Been looking for those to be installed in my kitchen.
Check out the Robert Yick Company website, manufacturer of Chinese commercial restaurant and home wok installations, whose location is at 261 Bayshore Blvd., San Francisco.
@teenlonewolf1 youtube isn't anymore free than TV.
@macNtires it's still pretty hit-n-miss
small dish for grip of people
@JonO387 It's interesting that past generations survived this long without the fears people have now. Interesting and sad.
I wish I was Asian even more now.

A lot of cross contamination going on in this kitchen. I would be scared to eat there.
