And in the Underfist movie, he didnt want to work for another Villain like Héctor. Not because he regreted his actions, but simply because he was tired of the shitty job of being a minion. He has an evil personality, but he had enough development to actually find a new goal in his life: His garden. So he (partially) turned good... Or at least, not so evil.
