Harold’s a dummy sure, but he’s actually smarter than his son. In fact, when Gladys left for the first Season, he was able to keep the house together and raise Billy till she got back.

@EC EC - In the first episode, Grim kept unintentionally terrifying her and Harold thought she was going crazy. At the end of the episode she completely lost it and went to live with her sister until she got better.
