MY UBER DRIVER CALLED THIS A VILLAGE? (Zaandam, Netherlands)

In this video I am walking near the Inntel Hotel in Zaandam Netherlands! I saw this hotel in a picture years ago and have wanted to visit ever since. Zaandam is a small town about 15 minutes way from Amsterdam and could be used as a less crowded alternative stay while in the Netherlands.

In the Netherlands the car driver is in the wrong for 98% of the times when there is an accident between a cyclist and car driver. This is too secure safety and make the car drivers more aware of the cyclists.

In the video, I am only speaking off of what I observed while in the Netherlands and I was only there for a few days. I would assume things happen do to both parties from what I saw. Thank you for watching though!
