@@raelkvasiir9704 Legends empire respected the clones and let them retire out. There wasn't enough clones to go around policing the galaxy, so volunteer stormtroopers were trained up. Plus the original Komino rebellion. The way the empire is in canon is just stupid. Why forcefully decommission a very effective fighting force? The Kamonoians didn't seem to have a problem with serving the empire at first until Tarkin and Rampart started shit with them.

@@kimbertactpro9I get maybe discontinuing cloning because of the costs of clones. But completely decommissioning them was stupid. You already had them might as well use them to the fullest. They could have been teaching the next generation of stormtroopers to be more effective. But at the same time giving the clones more authority and respect as they deserved. The mayday arc was stupid because in no way should a newbie lieutenant with no experience whatsoever be ordering around an experienced commander. I honestly wanna know what palpatine was thinking doing this.

However, I wish Captain Wilco had more screen time showing off his skills as a truly competent tactician and excellent commander. He showed to genuinely care for his men, and was loyal to the Republic/Empire until the end. I wondered if he actually survived being shot and falling if he would have defected against the Empire.
