As an Alaskan, we don’t hate Texas. We just “hate” them. They are so loud and friendly and they seem to think they are the biggest when Alaska is 2.5 times the size of Texas. We just like to tease Texans. Texans are actually very friendly but don’t tell them

Well thanks (from a Texan) also I'd say it's California we hate the most. Literally ask anyone where I live and it's California.
Also I know youre bigger and it's annoying that people think we're the biggest. I want to go to Alaska one day. I've literally only every seen an inch of snow. And that's about every 8 years. The COLDEST it gets around here is 29° during peak winter nights.
I think the “Texas Big” thing is just to sell signs and clothing to middle aged white people that have a strong nationalism

You could say learn your Geography, however I've seen a map of where Americans think Iran is and over 70% failed miserably. And I am American, so no hate but hey we suck at geography.
@@thecloudsarefalling3116 geography is just memorization, and most of the time it's totally useless for most people (especially if it's geography of a country on the other side of the world from you), so it would be understandable if he didn't know right away. But the thing that is silly here, is that he knew the correct answer right away, but through google ended with the wrong conclusion.
Elijah Buscho It took me about 20 minutes to memorise the location of every US state and around an hour for the location of every country in world so it’s not too hard to learn and maintain it with a bit of free time.

Seems about right
It's because of a century old land dispute because our border is defined by the southern vegetation line of the Red River (which moves) instead of surveying landmarks. Texas holds the line moves north and south, Oklahoma holds it can only move southward, add drilling rights and taxation to the mix...
It's more of a sibling rivalry but we shall never admit it. One must be burned to the stake.

We diss each other a bit, sure, but one time i had a friend from another state tell me everyone in Wisconsin was ugly and I felt very defensive, like "yo, no one talks about my sister state like that! They have very lovely people, thank you very much!". Then again, Minnesota hate (in my experience) is more towards the cheese headed Packers anyway. It's not like we hate the actual people

yup, romania looks like a fish. easy to spot on a map. the venetian republic shown there goes from venice in the north down the dalamatian coast: meaning the coastline of croatia, albania going down into greece even further down to the islands like crete. i visited crete last summer, the town of chania is based on an old venetian harbor. the venetians lost their power when the ottomans took hold of the eastern med (after 1500s) and cut off the supply route from the silk road to europe that brought in spices, silk, jewels and other treasures. the ventians lost some of their power, but not all, they were still thriving during the renaissance, not more so than florence tho.

I Needed to replay the „i“ in Europe when I saw Germany and “ja” I couldn’t take it (I am German/Russian and “I” in Germany is “ich”)
It said "ich" for germany, but "ja" means "I" in slovak, czech, and i think some other languages like polish and others I can't remember rn. Basically pronounced the same as the Russian "i", "ya"
