In the 1970's, I was in my 20's. I guess I never realized that there were a number of mysterious deaths and serial killings going on. I do wish that the truth of Jeanette's death would be found out. How tough for her family to never know for sure what happened to her. Thank you for telling her story and for bringing her death out to the public again. Maybe somebody will finally come forward with some new information. ❤

It's incredibly sad. That authorities have no interest in pursuing justice. For this young girl and her family. What makes this case so difficult. Are the many theories that surround it. What this case needs. Is a determined cold case defective. Feel for her family. Going through life not knowing. What happened to their child. It's a hellish nightmare and so unjust.😥🤬⚖️

I was about 16 in 1970 I picked up hitchhikers all the time, and so did my folks, never had a problem. Sometimes give them a little tour of our little town (st.helens, or) and drop them off at the county line. We never picked up anyone with short hair as they may have just gotten out of prison. In my mind I always imagined she came in from the back. Didn’t know it was a drop off. You’re right about that time. The Princess Doe case in Blairstown. The List murders in Westfield. Near the Watcher House. At least two serial killers in NJ during that time. Poor girl 🙏🏻

Blairstown is my hometown and she is buried in Cedar Ridge Cemetery. My grands & great grands are also buried there. I remember seeing Princess Doe's grave and my Gram's told me the story and she was from Britian I think. She was found dead on the side of the road close to the cemetery. They also filmed part of the original Friday the 13th in Blairstown. I know where the camp is, my grandparents house is a few minutes down the road from there. I know where all the filming spots' are.

@@MobileInstinct Robert Zarinsky was an absolute sociopath in every sense of the word. Most of his murders however, were down a bit closer to the Jersey Shore area, where I believe his Father's produce delivery route took him. But he's definitely a strong candidate for the Kramer murder IMO. That is...... if Otto Nilson wasn't her killer......but that's a whole new ballgame

I live in New Jersey and I've been following this case for a very long time. I'm also a FedEx driver, and I deliver to those apartments on Wilson Ave frequently. I also regularly deliver to 4 Clearview Rd. which is where she used to live.
I retraced Jeanette steps from her house, following turn by turn all the way up Summit Rd. to High Point Drive where she supposedly stopped by her friend Donna's house.
Contrary to popular belief, and proven by very recent crime scene photos, there is absolutely zero evidence of any Satanic ritualism whatsoever.
I've walked down Mount View Road many times, I've even been to the devil's teeth cliff and I can tell you there is no way in hell to carry a body all the way up there unless you are a world-class athlete. The whole thing makes absolutely no sense.
By the way ........ It was the police that found her....... when the dog brought the arm to the apartment complex, the police were called and set up a search team.

Her brief life was tragic. But also tragic is the possible cover up by law authorities. Too convenient that records were washed away in a flood. I get the feeling that she may have been placed up there in that way intentionally, as a sort of display/distraction. Whether it was a serial killer responsible or not. But serial killers as we all known adore leaving mementos, hints, riddles, or anything that is a identifier, especially ones that they know would be memorable and ensure plenty of lasting attention or even distraction is added in as a effect.

It seems like a place that is out of the way and takes some effort to get to. So if she was ever found, there wouldn’t be anything left, as animals got to her over the years and scattered the bones.
