Do you suggest doing 2-3 sets of this routine per day or is one set usually sufficient?
Very late reply. Considering recovery, I personally recommend doing 2-3 rounds every 3 days.

Hi. The exercise called Dolphin plank works on which abs muscle group?😅
Full core . Transverse and recti abdominal or whatevs. But planks work full abs. Focus pushing your tailbone to the ceiling
How often should be it be done? Is everyday over kill?

I thought that the back pain would get worse due to the abdominal exercises, but I experienced exacerbation of back pain when performing excessive squats or deadlifts. Currently, I don't feel much discomfort in my back even when I do hanging leg raises, l sit ups, and abdominal muscle videos.
I felt this ! My mom thinks I’m fat so trying my best!

I think it would be more time efficient to add appropriate load or perform more advanced exercises suitable for high performance. I also basically perform hanging leg raises and heavy crunches with a low number of repetitions and frequency.

Assuming that you maintain your body fat percentage at around 12-15%, you will be able to observe that the condition of your abdominal muscles improves enough with about 3 weeks of training. After that, you may need to increase the size by increasing the load or increasing the intensity.
