The world's best video gamer goes to a mysterious facility to test out a new video game in development called "Save the Watermelon". But it soon becomes clear that the game is a mask for something much bigger. Twist after twist as the layers go deeper and deeper until finally... well, we honestly have no idea what's going on in this thing.

We're Chris W. Smith and Jack De Sena (aka Chris & Jack). We've been friends for years and love making high-quality, high-concept sketch comedy. Chris was a Blue Man in Blue Man Group. Jack voiced Sokka in Avatar the Last Airbender. In 2016 we united to create this channel, confusingly titled “Chris & Jack”, which has served as a shared platform to write, produce, direct, edit, and star in our own stuff. We're releasing comedic sketches of all shapes and sizes the first and third Friday of every month. Sci-Fi, Heists, animation, movie tropes, absurdist bits, and plenty of fun new experiments. But above all else, friendship.

Hey Chris and Jack fans! I'm the one who made the video game based on the sketch, I recommend playing the desktop version for the full experience + different levels, but try the mobile version too! Make sure to give it some time to load for the first time, the dark screen at the beginning is normal

I love the genuine “what have I done?” At the end just to really hammer in there that he truly has no goddamn idea what’s actually going on.

I was actually thinking of the music video of half•alive for still feel. There's so many superhero and like similar to superhero movies that I haven't watched probably well over half of them lol.
I was thinking he might say, "Oh, so this is like Ender's Game."

No one will ever beat Chris and Jack's ability to comedically insert extremely mundane conversations into intense montages.
I love how this went off the rails. I can totally see Chris and Jack spitballing this during the writing process and just keeping the continuously absurd ideas instead of canning them.

4:12 Fun fact: in Swedish, a seed/nuclear missile pun is super easy, because seed=kärna, and nuclear weapon=kärnvapen. The reason it works is because the word for seed and (nuclear) core is the same.

the most unrealistic thing is, if ur play testing, u would try things out like waist all ur bullets or purposely lose to test it doesn't soft lock u or something

The most unrealistic thing is probably the whole bee thing
There is game testing to find bugs and there is also game testing like you would any other product to see if people actually like it, this could just be the second option

I was completely expecting it to loop back around to being a fight against aliens still, or even just being a regular indie game play test with a weird story and a lot of strange mechanics. Somehow I didn't predict it to be even *more* layers at the end lmao! Great video!

So the message I got from this is you should be direct and voice your needs. Using cryptic video games disguised as something the other person may agree with only creates confusion and distrust. Being honest from the start gives the other person the opportunity to show up for you in the way that you need. Thanks Chris and Jack!

This is a f***ing masterpiece. Amazing story, with such level of detail as to literally make a game that they played in the sketch. I'd call this much closer to a short film than a sketch for that reason. Absolutely terrific!

I somehow only discovered this channel tonight but it’s been a ton of fun binging through videos and it’s so great to see Jack living up to the bar he set way back when as Sokka. This stuff isn’t just funny enough. It’s really funny and really clever. Now I just need to carefully avoid annoying everyone I know by spamming them with shares for this channel
