    I love it...
I think you need to improve the title and description, and properly add ranking tags (according to the content) in the video tags section. You should also share the video on various social media sites. That way you can easily reach a nice audience with your videos... Your dedication to your channel and the concept of your videos is really impressive. you're doing pretty well. But your content isn't getting the viewership you want...I believe this will meet all your needs... and I wish you the best on your journey on CZcams.

Thanks, i needed a pep talk. I’m 58 and was dx a year ago. But i don’t have cortisol belly, I’m just generally overweight but have been my whole life. I’m making a plan to eat better and will probably retire soon to ease stress and have time and energy for me. I love your channel 💙

Hi Jill. Great video Thank you.❤ I have had a really really tough month. Admitted to hospital with severe pneumonia.( horrendouus) thought i was going to die this time.🙈 I am asthmatic. Addisons, hashimoto's.hypothyroid. i was blue lighted straight i to resus. Then started to go into my first Adrenal crisis.( after only being diagnosed fir 5 months) 🙈injected my hydrocortisone. Pneumonia felt like i was drowning in my own lungs. Full of fluid. Could not get any air i or out. Very scary. Never felt so ill...( evan sepsis!! Not as bad) !! Its a long recovery after pneumonia. I had to double dose hydrocortisone. And also take prednisolone for my lungs. Plus IV antibiotics. And breathing drugs. Nebulizers...!!
4 weeks later. I am still struggling. Suppossed to be gradually reducing hydrocortisone down to 20mg. But i just dont feel well enough. So i am taking charge of dosing as to how my body is feeling..!! I now have an asthma exhacerbation. Due to spring tree pollen allergy. So back 9n prednisolone for 5 days 20mg.!! As i cant breathe. Lungs inflammed and sore.😂🙈. I am just exhausted. And fed up. Feeling so exhausted. I have continious riglht abdominal pain...i feel like my body is?shutting down most of the time.? Ok in the morning. But afternoon evening...just in a zombie coma state....I still cant seem to get my Hydrocortisone dosage right. Its not easy is it.Jill. especially when you are ill with other chronic illness...?
I thankfull🙏🙏 have second opinion in July with a differrent Endo. A better hospital. Than can do a day curve test. !!! I know for a fact i have Addisons. But my previous Endo despite not doing any antibody tests.? Decided iAI was caused by my asthma drugs.?
But i get the dark areas of skin pigmentation. Skin changing darker as Cortisol is low. Especially on my face and knees....!
I really need to get my diet sorted out Jill. Cutrrently on a keto meditrerraian style diet.( as hubby reversing type 2 diabetes. Diet and excercise)
I put on a lot of wieght round my middle the first 3 months i was first on hydrocortisol. Fluid. Fluid in legs. Bloated out. It settled down eventually...
I eat a clean non processed diet. No caffine. Sugar. Alchohol. Gluten. Lots of fruit veg. Meat fish. Nuts seeds. Organic dairy. No junk food.
My appetite is very poor. Half the time i just dont want to eat. Due to abdo pain and nausea? Just no appetite at all. Just drin k water!! Eay fruit. Salad.
My gut microbiome is a bit out of wack i believe. Due to 7 days IV antibiotics...I usualluy make eat/ drink.my own fermented veg and kombusha...
But ferling so exhausted. Its slipped.
What can i eat to help my energy. I have a little oats chia fruit in morming. A light lunch.
    Protien salad veg dinner. Fruit.
Drink loads of water. Decaf tea. Nuts. Seeds.
But i dont feel i am getting enough nutrition to keep my body functioning!! As keeps goung into total shut down. And i have to go to bed alot.!!🙈. Not sleeping very well. ?
Can you help me please Jill. What can i change in my diet to help my body feel better....and recover. I do take vit D3. Vit c. Zinc. Magnesium calcium.....
Drink organic milk. Eat a fair amount of natural yoghurt too.
Any nutrition ideas very welcome Jill. I am not living a goid quality of life at the moment. Every day is a struggle....Thank you for your channel. Its so nice to have your expertise and support. Addisons is a lonely illness....at times. As only tjose that have it truly understand....xxxxxxx how hard life can be to manage the hydrocortisone...!!
We all have our ups and downs. At the moment. I am down. But i know i will soon feel much better again
But i must give my body all the help nutrition wise it needs.
Any suggestions welcome Dear Jill. Or maybe you have already made a video on nutrition?
I do jouurnal. Meditate. Follow mindfulness. EFT. Learnyt this through my ccs/ ME recovery journey.
I get outside in nature everyday. And stay as active as i possibly can. Bit limited with poorly lungs at the moment. But i still do whst i can. Move about as much as i can. Listen to my body. And rest too.
Hope you and your family are keeping well Jill.
You are an inspiration to me. I dont know what i would do without your channel. Yoyr advice and support. And all the other contributers on your chsnnrl. With AI. Loved Prof John...such a character...

Ok, we need to talk. I'm so frustrated. I eat nutrient dense foods, I do IF- stop eating at 7 and don't eat till noon or 1 the next day. Very active and do exercise when i feel up to it which ahs been more lately. I love fitness but haven't felt well for years. I'm 56 and in meno and finally got some HRT for that that is helping BUT still cannot get rid of any belly fat! Do you do zoom or phone consults? I have SO many questions. I would pay to set up an conversation with you!
