Only reason she is on the show us because her grandmother is a country music icon and the producers know its good for the show. Come on, her voice is weak at best and she is always off pitch.
@@rsb9719just because she has soft voice doesn’t mean that she’s weak. There are contestants who just play the guitar and sing one genre each week yet Emmy tries to sound different and challenges herself with other genres.

Great job, Emmy. I'm not worried about your stage presence developing. Carrie Underwood had very minimal stage presence when she won, but look how much she developed. Not even the same person she was on Idol. I believe Emmy will get there, too.

Her voice is pleasant to listen to and has a unique sound. She could win. Not impressed of much of what is left. It would be interesting to see the look of devastation on the faces of the Judges if Abi gets eliminated. They try steering the votes for her being the judges pet this year. Side note: Abi has a career without winning, probably better for her.

And she looks so much better as a brunette! Blonde hair washes her out. She is a beautiful woman! I wish performers wouldn’t keep augmenting their looks. Shania was PERFECT the way she was! I loved her long brown highlighted hair! It made her eyes pop and it complimented her skin beautifully!

Emmy is a beautiful girl and yes she can sing she is better than I, But my opinion there are 2 guys on there that are really good . Hope that its fair and not give it to her because her grandmother is a legacy . Hope it will be honest win . ALL this is just my opinion that all. Like I said she is ok . This was awful. But she'll move on thanks to her famous grandma... I mean, even Shania was fan-girling over meeting her.
People like you are hating on her BECAUSE she had a famous grandmother. She has her own sound and is clearly doing her own thing. To listen to this and think it was awful is wild because she sound phenomenal here.
@@dadison The only reason she is still on the show is her grandma... She has literally made her entire identity on the show about being Loretta's granddaughter, and she makes sure we all know about it every chance she gets to tell us. When it comes to her singing, she has sounded like a 14 year old at a high school talent show every single week.
She has a very current voice, it's not just because of her family
@@userunknown1578 she told her story. Just like everyone else. It’s not her fault that her path looks a little different than the other contestants. If she wanted to “make it” by using Loretta Lynn, she could have done that without American idol. She’s doing this for herself and we’re seeing her strength grow because of it.
