Customers are smart these days. They will leave your business and go somewhere without having to bear the business cost for you
I've switched hundreds of business owners to this cash/card price processing. None of their customers leave. If your customer is leaving you over 60 cents, your product/service isn't good enough.
@@ChadThePOSGuy I am not a business owner. And yes I left my favorite restaurant after finding out I had to cover this cost for them. It’s not the amount, it’s the principle of it.
@@LinhPham-xe8by Whether you know it or not, you're paying the credit card fee every time you use your card. It's baked into the price regardless. You're getting a discount if you pay with cash.
@@ChadThePOSGuy if it is baked into the price, I know in advance how much I am going to pay and can make decision. It would be a slap in the face with cheaper prices and then have to cover the credit card fees

If you're competition is selling the same product then yours looks more expensive. If you offer your customer a cash price and a card price, your customer has the option to choose. Its the same thing as going to the gas station. They offer a cash price and a card price. That never stopped you from buying gas..... unless you own a Tesla of course
Also, as a customer I love paying with cash because it looks like I am getting a discount
