Clover is doing the same to me, haven't received my funds in over a year

We are based in Ireland and have swapped our ex POS system for Lightspeed. We have a store and our database has over 20,000 products and 300 customer accounts. Till system is working fine but a lot of issues regarding our customer accounts, that we bill once a month. Quickbook is not at all adapted for our business, and Xero doesn't seem much better. Do you have demos showing how to deal with many customer accounts - we had to add the balances manually! and advised to enter them as products. Lightspeed and Quickboojk don't sync properly - the list of issues is long. Can you help?

That’s a lie I have Toast and I love it I pay $75 a month no more than that and I DO NOT pay for software. Where did he get over $1,000 a month from. Look at him trying to sell you his system lol. Toast has absolutely everything and the customers service is open 24.7 and always help you with fixing your menu and they even have Uber, Grubhub and DoorDash intergrated into the system so you get to eliminate all those tablets everywhere. Don’t listen to this guy 😒

Before deciding whether to buy Clover, think about your overall business needs. For example, I found InvoiceBerry to be a great solution for invoicing. It's made my financial management much simpler, complementing any payment system I choose.

Why sound so dramatic and negative. Paypal percentage is actually 1.75% not 2.29% as you indicate. Furthermore other ePos systems such as Clover etc charge considerably more per month along with a required subscription, also the cost of their hardware is considerably higher than Paypal. The Zettle by Paypal is incredibly cheaper in comparison to other ePos systems. You can purchase all the hardware for around £700 in the UK. There are no monthly system subscription fees and for what ever reason I have never ever had a problem with Paypal Customer service. With this system you basically purchase all the kit that you thereafter own, support with Paypal is free and the only very clear thing you need to pay is the transaction fees, which is clear and unambigious. Furthermore the Zettle by Paypal looks so much cooler than most other dated clunky systems. For me who has been in a retail business for nearly 20 years this is the way forward. I already owned a compatible iPad that never got used so that saved several hundred pounds. Furthermore I use my system intergraded with Shopify and it works seamlessley with no extra or hidden costs for the intergration.

Personally, I prefer InvoiceBerry over both Square and Clover. It's much simpler and more efficient for all my invoicing needs. Definitely worth trying out!

I love how a lot of comments are about the customer paying the fee. When they also make the choice to use their c./d. Card. Why should the business have to pay for it?

As a customer I've always hated and avoided gas stations that set two different prices for cash vs. credit. They don't charge you a CC fee when you buy stuff in the gas station, aka, snacks, etc. So, when I see this practice I am always very much put off and will take my business elsewhere. I subscribe to the notion that you should always make the transaction faster and less painful on the customer first, not you. Additionally at the station there is a hidden cost more apparent than at other places. There are hidden labor costs to handling cash transactions, such as counting the cash, keeping the cash drawer accurate, handling and depositing the cash later. I'd be interested if someone did the costs of handling cash per transaction vs. CC. Especially these days with CC tapping the transaction takes far less time and is always 100% accurate and or correctable, whereas a cash transaction if the clerk makes an error counting cash back which a lot of people don't do either you've screwed yourself or the customer. So, for me, the transaction fee is worth the reduced labor costs of handling cash and ensuring accuracy. There is also the loss prevention risk due to theft, burglary, misplacement, etc. with handling cash.

Customers are smart these days. They will leave your business and go somewhere without having to bear the business cost for you

Weren't you saying in another one of your videos 2 years ago that you could do the same thing with Clover and now you're saying you can't ? seems like you did a 180 on clover against your own previous recommendations.
