If at the top of the curved push arm you have a magnet with shielding, as it passed it would get a little push, this would help overcome intrinsic friction, and allow it to continue for quite a while, but it would eventually slow as no matter the shielding you would still have a little resistance, but very clever, admirable.

I built one, and immediately floated up to ceiling.
How do I turn it off?

How does the mechanism have the energy to retract the bar on the right side?

It still amazes me that whoever does not understand the thing, says that it is undoubtedly false.

The extra weight to the left is compensated by the force needed for the black curve to push it up to the other side. My guess is there are magnets at the end of the arms and a cleverly controlled electromagnet to give them a slight boost in the black curve.

i think the secret is in the stationary piece, could have a pulsed magnetic circuit pushing the thing around lol
cause realistically if it was perpetual, when the video started. why was it not moving and someone had to give it a push. if it stood up to the claims, should still be spinning.
but looks like one of the best designs to i have seen

If you stop them right on the X and Y axis where the points intercept each other, there won't be any movement

@@FallWarrior-si5euand as he says, there wouldn't be any time it wasn't running, because it would over balance itself and would fight inertia like nothing else does! Whatever happened to the idea of conservation of energy....?

The concept is visual science. It is an introductory presentation. It is not to show that the permanent institution has been completed. It's pointless to judge real or fake. The problem, however, is that stupid people challenge or follow. They waste money and time and buy disappointments.

    • @nameunknown5036
      @nameunknown5036 Před 2 lety +1

The problem, however, is that ignorant people like yourself feel they can use their own bias judgement to state if a design such as this one is worth studying. Even if this particular machine is not going to work. Perpetual motion has been searched upon for hundreds of years with no success, not just due to science which is a man made theory imputed into the "rules" of how things must work. But for the concept of "power" and greed, and that will never change as humanity continues through time. There is however people that do push possibilities such as Johann Bessler, who dedicate their lives to not giving up on creating a machine strictly using a force such as gravity that do become successful. I challenge you to spend some of that time you use to critique a subject like this and focus on the impossibility you have been taught to discourage, you might become surprised.

given enough time (and not long), this would stop. Anytime you have friction - no matter how small of an amount - you are losing energy and getting less then 100%
