    Little stronger mix and that stuff should have just melted off without using a turbo nozzle.

    That high volume eat that fence up. It looks great. I hates fencing so bad. I did a three plank other day. I DID NOT charge enough haha. I did like 40 sections both sides. It was murder. If I hadn't hit it with about 5% I'd still been there. The customer said, he cleans it every year and gets it that clean. He's never hit it with SH ever. I missed a post with SH and know how clean you can get it without. I also know he hasn't cleaned it in the three years I've been driving by it either.

    When you had your blue and red line for soft washing how did you flush out the chemical line pump if your water and chem was on different lines

    • @YoungAmbitionYA
      @YoungAmbitionYA  Před 2 lety

      On the chemical line, red hose, there's a GF valve manifold which is shown in the thumbnail here. Can also be seen in many older vids. That manifold blends straight water with straight bleach, both coming from independent tanks. To rinse the chem line, I just turn off the bleach valve and only water pulls through the red line

      The honda igx 800 8gpm AR is the exact machine I have. Check my recent truck walk-around video from Saturday. Shows that unit and how it runs. She's a beauty. Getting ready to share in the next week or so a full build sheet with everything you need to recreate my build. Every part and link

      Yeah every one has brand loyalty. GP might have a better track record and maybe when I wear down this AR I'll try a GP, but this AR right now is an absolute beast and I have not thing bad to say about it. Crushes everything from 500psi to 2000psi. Haven't had a need to go above 2000 yet. I've only put 40hrs on it so far, so we will see

    Have you done a draw test to see if you pull more chem with a 2.1 vs 2.3?

    • @YoungAmbitionYA
      @YoungAmbitionYA  Před 2 lety +2

      I'm using a 2.3 and it definitely draws a good amount but handles everything. Even the thickest blackest siding. I probably use 5 gallons per wash where with 12v I was using 1-2 gallons. But everything melts off and my jobs went from 1.5 hrs to 40 min tops so I'm not too worried about the extra sh use. Better than screwing around with dwell

    • @YoungAmbitionYA

      100 gallons. I never wash unless tanks are hooked to water. I have Hudson float valves on each tank. Without a water hookup the tanks would be empty quick

      My profit margins would disagree. Plus I only get about 1.25% with my DS. Wasn't about to waste time pulling my 12v, even though I could have got 6%. But with 3000psi who needs the extra bleach? A little more elbow grease but less costs to me.

    Just curious as to why you didn't you use the blue gun on this job?

    • @YoungAmbitionYA
      @YoungAmbitionYA  Před 2 lety +1

      The blue gun is good for low pressure around 350-500 psi. Here I was using 2000psi. The orange ST2305 is rated to 5000psi and the 1/4 quick connect on the end makes it easy to go between the turbo nozzle and the M5

    you use a 100 gallon tank for an 8gpm machine and dont have any issues draining all the water? why dont you think its getting 8gpm? im about to get a 8gpm myself so im curious. thanks!!

    • @YoungAmbitionYA
      @YoungAmbitionYA  Před rokem +1

      It flows about 8gpm. Always some friction and flow loss no matter what. I have issues with my tanks here and there but most of my jobs are city water so they have good flow to fill my tanks. Sometimes on wells I have to wait while it fills. If you have lots of well in your area get a bigger tank. You can run a 8gpm on a 50 gallon tank if your fill is strong enough
