Hi, All of these seem like they have no power? 6.5 Horse?? No Way? How do we increase power? Seems like they are tuned for Kalifornia? Only runs at like 1/3 power rpms? Any suggestions? Thanks, -Steve

hi the spring from the carb/ or gov that goes to a piece of medal straight up slitley bend forward.... not to much that makes the spring tighter
