These voice lines are this thing called foreshadowing for Ghostbusters frozen empire
That Easter egg honestly got me thinking for maps and ghosts they can still add. With the slime blower in mind a sewer level with the river or slime would be cool, an abandoned castle based kinda on shandor island, and finally the public library. The most obvious ghost to me that they haven’t added yet is the grey lady which would be a real fun nod to the first movie and maybe will have skills similar to the video game boss fight. For other possible ghosts maybe a pirate/sea themed ghost would be cool!
I would love to see a Gozer with a stay puft variant maybe call it a Demi god class, as well as the grey lady may be call it a banshee class with the 2016 show girl ghost as a variant. the 2016 Mayhem ghost as a demon class would awesome. Would love to see a sewer with slime river , a library, and a mansion.
The Sedgwick hotel would be nice maybe the graveyard ,Chinatown , maybe add secondary attachment to the wand as well as the pack mass expansion trap with ghost chipper , meson collider , shock blast , slimeblower mark2 , boson dart , proton grenade for gadget
I’m thinking this was just tying into the movie more than Dlc tease.
We might see podcast that Ray was waiting for.
This looks exciting and fun to play can't wait to play this Ghostbusters spirits unleashed game and looking forward to it! And I wonder if there going to add more details to the game? 👻🚫😁
I would have thought the Spenglers would be the first characters. Adding them later is like if they sold an '89 Batmobile with a rain-check on the box for a Batman to put inside. That you get to collect on 2 years later.
It will be nice if they can Make all the replica equipment usable in the actual gameplay

I had noticed that blower during the second cutscene. It was in the bottom right area.
For Ghostbusters spirits unleashed, I wish I could redo the pumpkin fight again or at least knew that I couldn't rewatch my character walking in and going through the dimension and stuff. I really wish I could record that. Do it again. If you could somehow help me figure that out, let me know how to do it again

This shows that the game story is canon in ghostbusters
The game starts with the ending to Ghostbusters: Afterlife with Winston rebuilding the Firehouse and I am sure that Spirits Unleashed offically ends leading into the new film Ghostbusters: Firehouse. The game's narrative simply being a fun story that takes place in between the two films. So I honestly don't actually think their hinting at anymore future DLC sadly as their more likely just teasing the opening scene to Ghostbusters: Firehouse which will see the Spengler family finally show up in new york city and visit the old firehouse and original Ghostbusters team with podcast in tow to be Ray's new summer intern when something having to do with the containment unit unfortunately goes wrong and Unleashes the new big bad that theyll all be facing and needing defeat as the new Ghostbusters with in the new film. However I really do indeed hope that it's more future DLC especially a new story expansion for the game. However only time will tell and we will all have to just wait and see if illfonic officially decides to give us fans even more stuff for the game or if the Ecto-Edition is being truly considered the 100% final completed version of the game.

If the Boogeyman doesn’t come for this supposed Spengler DLC I’m going to be disappointed. Especially after they brought Samhain back.
I wish we could get Ghostbusters II logos and patches in the cosmetics.

Sedgewick Hotel, Aldridge Mansion, A library , sewer with river of slime, Gozers Temple afterlife/ Gozers temple high rise , Stonebrook Theatre, and the spirit realm map when fighting Samhain
Maybe even Casper and his three uncles with a Whipstaff Manor for a map as an Easter egg nod to ray being in the Casper movie, I know this one is highly unlikely but I think it would be cool, they can even say ray did not catch the uncles do to the falling out with Egon and lack of equipment or something
Will the turtles from TMNT gonna be an easter egg one day, as it was from the comic, where the prime ghostbusters did a crossover with the turtles?

I feel like this is a stupid question but I’m gonna ask it anyway are the new story missions permanent or are they seasonal I’d assume they are permanent but I want to be sure because I’ve seen games that have additional missions being entirely seasonal so I want to be sure illfonic isn’t going to do the same
Story missions are permanent. Only content that is seasonal should be the Halloween masks.

Does anyone known how to get the original 4 ghostbusters name tags?
From the side hustles menu, you’ll see the name tags as rewards, not sure exactly which one, as I haven’t unlocked them yet either
Small side note. Samhain is pronounced sah-win or sow-win depending on the person speaking. It is not sam-hane.
The character's name has always been pronounced sam-hane in Ghostbusters Media.
