I might have to rewatch that season to find the clip but I swear I remember Shane saying something like that, and if I'm right, then oh boy does that ending scene open a can of worms. That would mean Rick told whoever the person in the helicopter was about Shane and his philosophy, which makes me wonder if Rick acknowledges that Shane was right about alot of things he said and that he ultimately became the very thing Shane was wanting him to become.

One General Beale was not in the helicopter, two General Beale is not black he's white, three Fear stays clear from connecting to other WD properties because Ian and Andy are stupid and don't want to end their dumpster fire they call a show. And finally four it's been confirmed that The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad are in different universes.
