The Most CALMING & PRODUCTIVE Sunday Reset Routine

Hi friends! In this week's video I'm sharing my calming and productive sunday reset routine to prevent burnout in 2024. These are all habits and practices that help me relieve stress and get my life in order. Although I might not do all of this every Sunday, I'm gonna strive to do each one at least once a week. Also, from writing to filming to editing, this style of video was sooooo fun to make! I'd love to do more similar to this if yall are into it :)
