#Marvel #Deadpool #Wolverine
The movie has made $630 million in its first week in spite of the R rating. It'll easily break a billion this weekend. Hollywood should learn that anti-wokeness pays.
This one is pg13
Blackrock and Vanguard demand wokeness, and has trillions of dollars to give Hollywood.
@@yummyherbicide7296 It is R rating, although may be PG-13 in some places. it is very well known that canada rating system is not as serious as some films that had higher content rating in other countries was still in fact a low content rating here. so although u may find it PG-13, a majority of countries are hitting the R soooo
What country ?@@yummyherbicide7296
Only $630 million?
The only negative about this movie is that it`s going to make Disney a lot of money to spend on more shitty projects.
dont worry it will also be its downfall.....too many movies that work vs not working(pattern will be made)
And then they will lose them so in the end it's ok. 😂
Exactly. In order to really send a message to Disney, you need to NOT WATCH their movies period. Most people are probably going to see this on the HIGH SEAS...
What about all humor is around man have sex with man ?
Eh, nobody will watch them anyway. Maybe a couple hundred people that wanna keep their kids distracted.
We don't have superhero fatigue or comic book movie fatigue. We have woke Hollywood, identity politics, bad story fatigue.
Fr, keep giving me movies like this and there won’t be any fatigue
I'd be happy with a lot more Deadpool films. Deadpool X would be sweet.
Hollywood: Spoken like a true white supremacist.
Us: Fuck off!
I know, right.
_Social Fiction_ Fatigue.
We just want to be ENTERTAINED. Keep your politics at home, keep your agendas at home, I am not paying for a movie that preaches to me like I'm a toddler
As a liberal, I could not agree more
Not just that, but thinks they even have the moral high ground to even BE preaching poop. Who was that athiest british comedian that pointed out the epstein thing? Put that guy in a marvel MOVIE! I want that guy as a random friend of Deadpool that is allowed cameo appearances in all marvel movies like Stan Lee once did.
@@nosuchthing8it’s usually libs who are the ones supporting the woke crap
Very refreshing ❤️
Yes!!!
There's nothing wrong with a message as long as it's rooted in morality and ppl. "Woke" ppl tend to be the worst ppl. Not because of there ideologies, but because of their hypocritical hateful natures.
Living proof that "superhero movie fatigue" is just a load of it.
I'd say, it's universe fatigue. Everything has to be connected somehow
Then again people have been starved of good content for years that anything that's serviceable will earn money.
It's funny that people were saying it was superhero fatigue until the woke media started using that as an excuse. Now, all of a sudden, superhero fatigue isn't real.
@@wood1066it never was. Invincible was well liked, The Boys has been well liked, and clearly this movie is well liked. It's all about quality.
My family calls them lectures, not movies anymore
If I wanted a lecture, I'd go to church
You don't want to fork over time and money to be lectured at??? SHAME 😂
then you’re family is stupid
I’m gonna start using that lol
I kinda figured most of the people in here don't know the difference between a movie and a lecture . Stop home schooling 😢
Wow, giving fans what they wants? WHO would have though people would watch.
It showed with Super Mario. It outgrossed Ghibli, ATSV, and the woke $#!+ Disney put out. And yet it didn't get $#!+ at the Wokie awards where the aforementioned films had something
After Disney was running the anti-white male agenda for years, it takes 3 white men to save their entire cinematic universe. "Ironic" - Palpatine.
3 straight white man.
Your adding levy as one of the three right?
3 NON-AMERICAN, straight white men (Ryan Reynolds is Canadian, Hugh Jackman is Australian, and idk the nationality of the 3rd one)
Lol I know right.
That's because this movie wasn't made for the modern audience
Deadpool giving Hollywoke a giant middle finger
EF yeah boiiiii
@@Genji-Agito at making shitty movies
@@robert23456789 somewhere or someone in Hollywoke is a megalomaniacal ass whole.
so fitting
Keep telling yourself that. Two gender jokes, a feminist identity joke, and the actress for the villain is "non-binary", going down the exact same path as Ellen Page. These people all work together, and that includes Ryan Reynolds.
Ryan Reynolds is a masterclass of interacting with fans.
I am a woman and, the thing is, only one of my female friends other than me read comic books and went to super hero movies. I hate that Hollywood is trying to take heroic role models away from males and is trying to force them onto females. I have watched most of them but I was at a Christmas party this past December and 99% of the women just weren't even interested in the topic and the males are almost obsessed with it and Disney doesn't get that yet. Pathetic.
I have zero female friends to talk about this stuff with, but boy howdy, it sure is nice being married to someone who has read all of the comics and can answer questions on the spot. lol
@@AuntieClimactic I agree!
I’m I have 2 female friends to discuss this topic
The movie industry has forgotten to know it's audience. Superhero films can be for everyone. It aways has been but you can't force anyone not interested to suddenly have it be their world. We girls are a true rarity especially when we walked into a comicbook store. We read the stories. We know the lore and history. We love the Characters. And love the actors who love the characters as much as we do to have them played honestly. This movie gave us fans the characters right off the comic page. Executives who have never picked a comicbook up don't understand that.
@@auntyentity2645 Exactly. These stories and themes have been important for society and there always were strong female characters in the mix. I have genuinely cherished this genre. The difference though between me and the males around me is that they wanted to be Batman when they were 4 and still have thousands of comic books and comic art and go to every Comic con. They still strive to be super heroes in their daily lives and I have benefited from their wanting to be heroic my whole life. I try to be heroic, too, but it bothers me that Hollywood seems to want men to be serial killers or trans but are so anti heroic males.
"Superhero fatigue"? Yeah, right. They're so full of ish.
We think it's super hero fatigue, ALSO here is the list of our next 50 hero films 😅
Yes superhero movies are now is it in a weird spot
More like Shitty movie fatigue
The only downside to this movie is that Disney will think THEY did something right. When it was Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Rhett Reese and Shawn Levy.
Well their egos will let them think they did something right but everyone with common sense knows that all the credit goes to Ryan, Shawn and Hugh because honestly they didn't need Disney or the MCU to make this movie.
Well, Reynolds had control of the entire project, so he directed, wrote, and produced to the best of his ability. Disney needs him, I'd be surprised if Reynolds didn't buy the rights to Deadpool already
Exactly. It was good in spite of them. Not because of. You’re dead on.
Deadpool dancing works because he knows he's a loser, owns it, and has a blast in an already over-the-top scenario. She-Hulk was just there to stroke a celebrity's ego, removing the actually strong woman that knew when to get serious to the point she could freeze an entire room with her glare when she did.
Tbh, NSYNC isn't all that bad compared to Taylor Swift and her overused $#!+
Also because Logan canonically hates that song
This entire intro felt like a giant troll directed at the people complaining about this ruining the Logan ending by litteraly desecrating Logan's corpse while listening to the one song he hates
Its all about fun ..... something Hollywood and Disney forgot .
this movie was made by hollywood and disney
My girlfriend didn't see any of the movies quote unquote necessary to enjoy Deadpool and wolverine and loved every minute of it. A good movie is a good movie. They need to get rid of these hacks that are trying to take away beloved franchises to push the message. Push your message in your own universe if it's any good people will watch it. But we know it ain't any good that's why they have to subvert what people already love to get their story out. We don't care about the story of 4% of people and end the day.
One thing to keep in mind is that both actors also including Hemsworth, are not americans. No american politic agenda. Just entertainers, actors. I think that's worth admiring
Jackman kmows to keep his personal beliefs out of the product and to make different products for different audiences. He starred in "The Greatest Showman", which was nothing but identity politics.
If only there weren't monopolies in cinema, we could have seen the 2 Aussies go at it
Good point
It’s like I had always said, it’s not superhero fatigue it’s bad movie fatigue.
deadpool nearly killed me when he used the nice guy to get the dog
Nice guys finish last.
i still giggle thinking about him standing there with the look on his face listening to nicepool while dogpool is just going to town in ryans mouth lmao that had to take like 20 takes or more to get threw lmao
Let's not forget the pistols 🤣🤣
I went to see DeadPool he brought back Colossus properly and Juggernaut, and now he did a comic correct love letter to Wolverine, THAT is what I went to see. NOT disney marvel. It makes me sad that I gave money to Disney but im there to support Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman; it was their movie not disneys.
I look nothing like Reynolds and Jackman, but still enjoyed this film.
Same
If funny how all media journalists are saying it's the worst movie ever made and shows America is still misogynistic as ever 😂😂😂
The misogynists, sexists, homophobes, racists, and transphobes are the ones with all the money.
yes we are !LOL!!!
Jealousy at its finest and I'm loving it 😂
Nothing wrong with a fun movie for entertainment
Makes you want to watch it even more doesn't it? Their tears are so sweet.
Hugh on the phone posted that on social media as he found out how will film was doing he was crying and emotional about it breaking box office records.
Ryan Reynolds and Shawn Levy pure genius. Bravo giving fans what they want money talks and it differently does that.
i really hate that we came to the point in a society when we praise movies for being... movies... for not being stages for political statement, for not being genders-galore, for just... being what they suppose to be... we are this low now, that "normal" is new "good".
Good point!
This is not a movie
@@Pogmeisha Then what is it.
What else does yellow have? This is literally his algorithm. He either talks about how this woke thing sucks/is failing, or how this anti woke thing succeeds/pissed off the woke. His video doesn’t do that, he doesn’t get the CZcams bux. So he’ll find something he can fit into one of those Pegs, you betcha.
the fact that kevin feige tried to shove brie larson in there .. and Ryan cut all her scenes is insane
Chris Hemsworth is a huge male feminist but he's smart enough to not put his opinion out there and he doesn't slam anyone who disagrees so I'm giving him that.
i mean its nothing wrong with being aligned with either side right or left just don't expect anyone to agree with all the time and treat everyone with basic courtesy
So the hate on Brie Larson by him was a bunch of bull?
Ruffalo too
The audience is still there…
The “modern audience” is just like the old one, they’re not paying for 💩 💯🙂
The "modern audience" they're searching for is Gen Z, Millennials outnumber them and few are still rather young (those in 96-98, everything 99-onwards is Z) and non-woke
Movies should be 90+ minutes of forgetting about your world and entering a new one
If this movie was a roller-coaster, I definitely wouldn't mind getting back in line for 30 minutes to ride it again.
Incredible movie! Everything about this movie is what the fans wanted and needed.
Deadpool & Wolverine best movie of the year!
Ryan Reynolds knows what's up. That's why, YellowFlash.
Eh, don't tell him, it'll just boost his ego. Deadpool IS Ryan Reynolds, he didn't lobby for years to make a movie for nothing. He wrote, produced, AND DIRECTED THE MOVIE HIMSELF. If there's anyone that's worthy of owning Deadpool, it's him
@@S.K.R.E.Inc. thank God by the way because I heard that they were actually gonna add Mrs. Marvel in the movie but I’m not to sure tho
It still won't save Disney
Actors having fun and proud of the movie they made that the audience loves, a decade or two of that and less of blaming said audience and Hollywood MIGHT get some respect again.
The moment I saw "Blade" and "Gambit"
Oh, they did not forget about them😂
Reynolds plays the anti hero but lives as an actual hero apparently.
That's been the real eye opening thing. The way Reynolds and Jackman handled the advertisement. They're everywhere and no matter where they happen to be, they're engaging, having fun, and just putting out good vibes. It's getting audiences excited and engaged and the box office is showing that.
Funny how a star talking up a film rather than politics or how problematic the original was makes people do that.
It’s not a great movie, but what makes it is how it pokes fun at everything going on. Worth watching for sure, just for all the one liners
6:07 that is his daughter & babypool was his baby…
Lady pool is his wife
They're triggered because his family was used as the alternate versions of Deadpool, and tbh, why wouldn't he? It be hilarious and wholesome to see them all in costume mimicking the Spider-Man meme
@@S.K.R.E.Inc. that would be awesome tbh 😂
This was the first even more than 1/3 full screening I've been to since End Game, and it was FULL.
Replace Mark with Edward! Edward Norton is the superior hulk!
Yes the new hulk has become less of a badass, we need that badass hulk energy.
@@JohnJacobSchmidtt 💯
Edward Norton or Eric Bana i dont care wich one, because they are both better then Mark Cuckolo period.
Norton is too demanding. He wants to rewrite the scripts, change the scenes, he wants to be director, executive producer, writer and actor all in one. He is decent as an actor. Not so great on the rest.
Disney Employee: Hey boss, DP & W is earning nearly a billion dollar.
Bob Iger: Good, so we can make She-Hulk season 2.
No superhero fatigue, just woke Hollywood hack writing fatigue.
I'm sad that I didn't go to the local movie theater to see the movie because somebody bought out the property. Plus, people pirating movies have been around for an extremely long time.
Oh Hollywood is full of shit alright
This may be silly, but my FAVORITE part was during the ending credits, where they relived the good ol' days showing the backstage footage for the original X-Men trilogy. Back when there was no woke BS and actors/actresses still kinda gave a damn.
I mostly enjoyed Fox's somewhat uneven (by the studio’s own admission) Marvel universe of films, and it really irritates me when MCU purists dismiss every film not released under the Marvel Studios banner as banal and trite. Logan is a top-tier comic book film, and while the X-Men films did have some stinkers, when they wanted to hit it out of the park with films like X2, First Class, and DOFP - they hit a home run. The Deadpool films delivered solid action comedies, while F4: Rise of the Silver Surfer was a great sequel that was more in tone with the original comics, and the Daredevil Director's Cut was a significant improvement over the Theatrical Cut. So yeah, the end credits had me a bit nostalgic. They really weren’t all that bad as many the MCU stans would like the public to believe.
People love quality movies; imagine that. 🎉
Consumers love original content.
The publicity pics they put out with Deadpool & Wolverine dancing. Ryan Reynolds doing 30 second comedy skits in costume. Hugh Jackman recreating the Wolverine meme.
We didn't just get a movie, we got an experience. Personally, I went out of my way to miss all the trailers, because after you've seen 4 trailers leading up to a movie, you've seen every good part of (a lot) of movies.
It's cool that we got all of the little "extras" to promote the movie.
this was one of the few times the trailers barley showed anything , just the same 45 secs with an added flash of something , i was the same like no more trailers and after seeing it i was like damm yea they hid everything good ,n leaks online about who was in this movie other than Elektra i think and that got spoiled to me by a local theater lol i was looking up times and she was in the credits lol ryan has never had a failed promotion for his movies , like jesus we had a deadpool tim hortons commercial here in canada lol killed it lol
Word up bro, seeing it a second time DID make me appreciate it more. Fantastic.
Deadpool succeeded where Bros failed
Time is a precious commodity, and we don't want to spend it watching garbage. I'd go to a dumpster for that.
Even with actual review bombing, this show is still the only success Disney has put out this year.
Man they are so pissed about this movie 😅 and the fact that its on its way to becoming the highest grossing film of the year is the icing on the cake 😂
Who is actually pissed though? The Mary Sue is praising this movie.
It got my ass back in the theater and after I saw inside out 2.
To my understanding ladypool was his wife, kidpool and babypool were their children.
That is correct. It's a whole family of Deadpools, literally and cinematically
I've been a Deadpool fan for almost 30 years. I've watched nothing else from the MCU, and I had no problem following the cameos and stuff. It was a great movie!
Film was excellent. All that would have made it better for me would have been Nic Cage or Ed Norton showing up as Ghost Rider and The Hulk.
Surprised Cage wasn't in it
I didnt watch loki, and I knew what was going on.
You're 100% right about how this movie is. Its a fun watch and a good time. People are so sick of being told what they should or shouldn't like by people. Escapism is just that...escapism and if everything you enjoy doing is telling you who to love and who to hate. You haven't escaped a damn thing.
I was surprised how many ppl were at the theater in my small town. They dont get crowds like that as much since so many gone to crap now. Was cool to see a movie with a lot of ppl enjoying themselves
Some people are very fast to forget what Diseny has done to Marvel and Star Wars.
Go deadpool go!!!!
I haven’t watched a marvel movie in 10 years and I’m not starting now
I saw it yesterday. I even saw it in Imax and I've never bought an Imax ticket *in my life* . $18 down the drain. 😮💨
That being said, it was the best thing to hit my eyes since Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. 10/10! 👍
Eat shit, Woke Hollywood establishment.
My theater was packed on Tuesday evening. Saw Twisters and our showing had tons of people in it. But the vast majority were definitely there to see Deadpool. Was nice to see honestly. Usually if we go during the week we're the only ones there. Gives me hope that they just might be able to survive.
If only Twisters had a double-feature showing with its original counterpart, like Deadpool did when 2 released in theaters
Entertainment is to entertain people?
Shocking I say! SHOCKING! 😱
Agreed, this movie is a blast! I actually want to see it again and that's rare for me
I didn't watch Loki. As a matter of fact, I haven't seen any Disney/Marvel since WandaVision. I had no idea what the TDA, or TVA, or whatever, was. I was just fine. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I loved seeing Jackman Wolvie his every loving heart out and loved seeing him share the screen with a legit Deadpool. And, I loved seeing him with all the other characters we thought we'd never see, or see again. I had fun at a theater seeing a Marvel movie and it's been a while. It felt good. Too bad it will probably be the last, but a hell of a one to go out on!
I think there is *some* superhero fatigue, but not enough to explain the failure of most of the recent MCU stuff.
This movie is working as a anchor being for hollywood right now..
I'm in Japan, hardly ever go to the movies anymore, but gonna go see this tomorrow! I'm not even a huge marvel fan, I've only seen the big ones but I think this will be great.
This movie is just what I needed. I have been busy with massive projects at work, stressing me out. Everyday I'm tired and just want to relax but all the news, drama and politics is everywhere. So watching this movie last weekend was such a refreshing change of pace I feel refreshed again after all the laughter.
The same Jaime Lee Curtis who starred in the recent Halloween movie that emasculated Michael Myers.
you’re fucking joking right?
@@harry22119 no I’m not. I wish that I was. Halloween Ends had Michael Myers get beat up by some scrawny nerdy dude in a sewer like a pathetic old man similar to Luke in TLJ and Dewey in Scream 5. Such a disgrace. Michael Myers is the human embodiment of pure evil, the abstract concept of evil in physical form and a force of nature rather than a person thus why he is practically indifferent to pain. But a Michael Myers fanatic beats him up in 5-10 seconds inside a dirty sewer. Completely disrespectful.
Ryan Reynolds social media is a master class in how to treat your fans and promote your work, anything less is a waste of time
When the movie is fun, the actors having fun, fans are having fun then people can/will ignore the nitpicks and plot holes
But if everything around the movie is annoying, then people would love to tear every little thing apart no matter how small
I went to it yesterday. I’m surprised how many people were there. It was a smaller theater in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin and the theater was packed to see it
And Disney still wont learn a lesson from how good and how money it made
The credits gave me a tear jerker with showing all the behind the scenes footage of all the fox movies
The reason this is doing so well, we are tired of Hollywood pushing stuff in their movies.
She's not in One Piece, scheduling conflicts, it was announced a week or so ago
It's confirmed Jamie le Curtis isn't participating in the one piece series.
I guess they realized that she's already being a problem for Borderland.
i dont care about any theatre or small movies failing
hollywood in 2024 is simply not worth it.
Saw it last night. Loved it!
lol jamie lee curtis is apologizing because she knows borderlands will be worse
I actually watched this movie twice, one with each of my sons. It was actually better than the second time I watched it. I can't say how much I loved this movie. I have not been to the theater since the Star Wars 8/Jedi debacle.
This is for old head comic book and comic book movies
Disney will not learn from this
Yeah they will
Here’s a message for Hollywood
Stop making terrible woke movies
I’ve seen it like 7 times now it’s so good
LOVED DEADPOOL/WOLVERINE. I hope we get more movies like this.
I GUARANTEE that these "critics" never read a Deadpool comic book. If they did, they would stfu.
Joker was depressing. I like popcorn movies more because I dont feel like death after.
The way Ryan and Jackman promoted this movie since day 0 was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! AND HILARIOUS!!! Ididn't watch the movie yet (I'm from Argentina, I'm poor😢) but this sunday FINALLY going go be able to see it!
Tbh haven't been to a movie theater in a decade.
Sadly this will be used to fund woke shit
First movie I’ve seen in theaters since endgame
I refuse to go to the theaters. One woke
Two Nothing original
Three to expensive
Last time I ever went to a theater 😢 Titanic
Its pretty close to perfect. It was meant to be wacky as hell. I do see the story certain things, but overall, i was laughing the whole time.
I'm definitely seeing it again this weekend.
My parents never once saw any X-Men or Deadpool or anything superhero and they loved everything to do with it
I went back to back nights to see it. Fun is the perfect word to describe it.
