If the staging in Turin exceeds the average and is as smooth and "vibey" as the live on tape setting, i really believe they could achieve Top-10, at least. This entry is not just about the song. The real essence and dynamic shines in the live version. Dominika's aura, soft but powerful voice at the same time, the energy among her, Benjamin and Casper, creates another dimension. That's why this isn't your average basic edm song, that's why they deserve it so much, and that's why they can break the stereotype of "cheap, radio-friendly" electro bops that don't succeed in ESC. @@turtellok4964 unfortunately yes, it's possible both ways. And as i can see now that the hype of escz is off, a lot "eurovision fans" downgrade the song (don't know why honestly). So that's why a proper staging can fix it all in May and make it again truly memorable.

That same thought came to my mind earlier today, as I heared this song for the first time. And since this Norwegian-Czech electropopband has a strong Scandinavian influence on the music, that could very much happen. Because that sometimes makes magic when comes to this type of music if one put the heart and head into it 🎶

Edit: (21/03/22) this is actually my winner for this season. Such an earworm and the tune is right in my alley.
I boldly called them as winners of this years ESC in theyr own channel,meanwhile i have been under a mental rock. Looking it up now,i was shocked that they got 5 points in total? Something like that,absolutely embarassing. They got the entire crowd with them in theyr grand final performance. Well,so anyway i started searching for "We Are Domi reactions" and ended up here.
My comment really made an impact on lead vocalist Dominika Hašková though. I think they brought in the Northern Light effects as both the guys in the band are Norwegians.

Stands to reason the electro-pop song written by Norwegians will sound like Röyksopp. But that singer is great and adds a fourth dimension to the thing.

Two entries and they are already better than their entries a year ago. And yes it is the best song CR has sent to EV. So catchy, modern, retro in the same time. It was chosen by a jury made up from ex top 5 EV participants so it must mean smth. Great choice.

I don't like this song - it's just generic, manufactured pop that sounds outdated by at least 20 years. Her voice is good, though. Gosh, I hope the other Eurovision 2022 entries are better than this!
