      Peanut butter is a good source of healthy fat...2 tablespoon peanut butter in a day is good... don't consume it everyday... Another healthy fat like nuts,ghee include in your diet... Don't restrict yourself too much....just eat healthy,think positive...Try to make a healthy lifestyle where pizza, burger,pasta, noodles all are included (but not everyday, once or twice in a month)...Too much restriction is not good for our mental health....😊

      Agar aapk shoes ke sath smoothly workouts kar pa rahe ho ya FIR exercise copy kar pa rahe ho to to shoes pahne chahie agar shoe problem de rahe hain to nahin
