My truck came with the Gator roll-up soft cover and it uses velcro to seal up the sides and a nice seal at the tail gate. In 4 yrs I haven't gone through a car wash yet that could make it leak. Also has 2 locking levers to open instead of the pull rope, though it *is* still a soft cover :)

That's great about the Gator! Heard good things about those too. Super nice there's no water leakage. I've just read and seen others talk about small leaks with almost every cover... hard to keep pressurized water out but I could see how the velco could do well with that
