Hmmm. I just ordered one of these from Costco during a temporary sale with $100 off. That's disappointing to see. I don't have a hair problem at my house, so probably won't be a deal breaker... But if I had lots of pets or people with long hair in my house, I would not choose this model after seeing this.

Wow the hair tangle is horrible. Dyson v8 does a much better job on that front
