Welcome to my channel!
Today I'll be sharing a super delicious recipe with bananas!
150g All-purpose or bread flour
1.5g salt
1.5g cinnamon
Mix well
2 ripe bananas (370g with peels)
1 egg
100ml milk
Blend the ingredients

3g active dry yeast
Mix well
30ml unsalted butter
Microwave for 20-30 seconds
Add to the batter
Mix well
Mix the wet and dry ingredients well
The batter should look smooth like this
Cover and rise until double size
80g cranberries
Cut the cranberries into smaller pieces
Mix the batter
Mix well
Add 5ml olive oil to a frying pan
Brush the oil
Pour the batter into the pan
Even out the top
Cover and rest for 10 minutes
Low heat
Fry for 15-20 minutes
Flip using a plate or board like this
Fry for another 5-10 minutes
Use a toothpick to test if it's cooked or not
If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is cooked
Done!
The cake is super soft and spongy!
If you have ripe bananas at home, you should try this recipe!
It's super delicious and easy to make!
No sugar in this recipe! Very healthy!
Drizzle maple syrup on the cake if it isn't sweet enough!

A thought - if this batter is poured into muffin moulds, we can have individual banana cranberry muffins? Do you think we should increase the flour a little bit for that?

I made this last sunday but with self rising flour, one banana, and water instead of milk. It tasted like bread cake. next time im adding cacao to the mix. 👍

This looks delicious, but I have to watch my potassium; could this be made with some other fruit than bananas? What do you think about using applesauce? Or pear butter? Or???
I think you could probably use unsweetened applesauce or other fruit puree. Depending how much wetness there is could change the density though.
Could you use an air fryer?

Olive oil is an unusual choice there
In the ingredients list it says 2ripped banana "with peels". But I didn't see u use the banana peel in yours? Was thus just a typo mistake or are you supposed to use the peel? Looking forward to trying this out. I'm going to use chocolate chips instead of cranberries tho. Thank you for the 🍌 recipe's.
They meant the weight is with the peels, they don't use the peels in the recipe

Or here's a thought....use Google to convert the measurements from grams to cups. She doesn't need to do it when she's giving the recipe in her measurements. She's already translating the measurements from her language to English. Seriously, it's not that hard to convert grams to cups/spoons. It's amazing how lazy/entitled people are, especially Americans. Convert it yourself....she gave you the recipe, that should be enough. SMH..
