Hi Blessing, I have found that the maximum depends on your hosting providers limit otherwise they bounce. If it doesn't work for you, you can check out bulk email autoresponders like mailchimp or mailerlite.

What I suggest is you have a column in the excel sheet with different google drive links for each recipient, that you can add as a merge field in the email template to be sent out.

The simple way I do it is I have google drive links as a column in the excel sheet. Then I use it as part of the mail merge process

Mails stucked in outbox. They are not going into sent box
That could be an issue with your outgoing server settings or your server can't handle bulk outgoing emails

@@greendreamrecyclers1307 What I have done in the past is sending in batches of 10 emails. Remember most company servers cap the weight of emails. In fact, in most cases when your email is heavier than 10MBs, it may not be sent.
So you can break the the bulk send into batches and see if that works.
Or switch to bulk emailing services, which are much easier
