She's much stronger than he'll ever be!
They’re both fictional
The way Eastenders dealt with this story line was absolutley BRILLIANT!
I know this is a weird thing but you left this comment 12 years ago I wonder how different your life was then v now
@@TJSPARKLE Haha, much better now, better job, been with my misses 9 years, got a son and couldn't be better. Back then I was in a bad place x
Tbh-- my mum was beaten in front of me for 9½ years on my life.. im 16 now and been free of violence for 5½ years because my mum stood up for her self like this.. my mum is my hero for doing it.. if she didnt i dont think she would be here now. and i wouldnt probably.. i idolise my mum for standing up for her self.. she is my world if i lost her. i wouldnt be here.. mum i know you will see this in a moment.. i mean every word.. I love you, you're my inspiration..
Charlotte Jorgensen I’m sorry I’m years late, but I hope you and your mum are alright now 👍🏾
I’M NOT FRIGHTENED OF YOU ANYMORE!!!! I love that!! And I love how Little Mo finally stands her ground in the end and Trevor just thinks he’s the big man but really he’s an evil slimball
I have not watched Eastenders in years. I miss this kinda drama.
Way to go little mo finally standing up to trevor after months of abuse
Months? Years more like.
@@AndrewChapman yes sorry that's what I meant
Kasey is a really good actress , wish they would bring her back
Those Duff Duff's were so much Stronger n better!!!!!!
WOOH! Go little Mo! Every woman needs to see this!
Petrol-drenched carpets were the in thing back in the early 00's
Back when EastEnders was great
Did they get awards for their acting? Because it is of the highest caliber.
This is little mo best scene Trevor is so good enough to hate.
This was one of the most tense episodes, but one of the best!
Did they get any awards for their acting cuz shit they deserved it!!!!
Kacey (little mo) won Britain's most popular actress and best actress 2 years running
I always thought Trevor was killed when Mo whacked him with the iron but I'm glad he finally got killed off in this episode as he was just a complete monster.
Jonathan Spindler The words of a mangina.
@@qtothea9391 what is that supposed to mean
@@SulphurS16 "Mangina" is a combination of the words "man" and "v@gina." It is an insult used by incels and manosphere types to emasculate the men they disagree with.
So, according to the gent you replied to, being glad domestically abusive character in a TV show got killed off makes you a lesser man... somehow. Because abuse is cool and manly, amirite?

i miss lil mo she rocked.
Go Little Mo, you tell him! 👏
little Mo used to be scared of him and finally stood up to him in the end because the poor girl just had enough!
This scene was FAB. The downside was how the fire started and Mo practically jumps into his arms and they suddenly look cozy / protective of each other!?
Emotion & drama massively reduced there 😳
Exactly what I thought 😂😂
Well done little mo for standing up for self to traver.
Good acting to you xx
QUEEN.
The guy who plays Trevor looks like a young Anthony Hopkins.
He's a good actor as well.
The glory days of Eastenders .
Woooow! I completely forgot about this scene, even though it was among the most memorable in Eastenders! :O
This traumatised me as a child
Trevor was the best character ever
Little Mo has bin to hell and back I would love to give her a hug and say everything is going to be ok
thats mo you prove him RIGHT!!
I could have made a cup of tea twice before the fire blocked my exit out of the room LOL still awesome scene.
this is the most memorable thing from eastenders.
I am so sorry for your tragic loss. :(
Its the story line people like and the awareness of the issue of domestic violence. I think it gives women courage to break free in that sort of situation.
Alex was great as Evil Trevor
I remember TV magazines that were released for that week and most of them showed Trevor and Little Mo on the front cover regarding the house fire storyline. One of them showed Trevor holding a lit match as though he would light the fire (even though he did pour the petrol). But then we saw it was actually Little Mo who lit the match. Talk about a plot twist.
And then he died getting blown up in this exact fire he caused.
Trevor was scared of phil LOL
yea phil was in his prime then and was scary
INCREDIBLE!!
no one is ever happy in eastenders
GO MO!
this is the episode they are showing this week in america! why is it taking so long for US to catch up, its driving me crazy not having bbc.
They just casually soak all their garments in gasoline.
love this!
And Trevor becomes the bitch of the relation ship
He (or she) wrote 'dis soooo gay'. It's impressive how you managed to analyse that short sentence and come to the conclusion of "He was saying "How can a storyline be gay" - he's not saying it is gay".
PBS. There are about 14 or so PBS stations left in the states that still have it. And all of them are showing Eastenders from 2002. I watch it on WETA out of DC.
killer storyline
A: she should have reached the door, actually OPENED it and walked out.
B: the way she cowers and moves up against him when the fire starts brings her strength and stature CRASHING down after all that speech
Ricky H Yeah it would have been more satisfying for her to walk out and tell him to burn in hell.. but would have been left with the guilt of leaving him to die and not helping him
'my dressing gown!'
I love Little Mo
Love mo!
me 2,i cant find the end results anywhere, its rly irritating me!
yeah thats probably true lol =)
This the only British drama. I would crave to watch every weekend.
6 YEARS BEHIND OMG
@randomjrr1422 hahahahaha and the screeching voice in that video !!
Goodness i feel so old. I remember watching this as a kid and thinking they both looked so adult and old. Now i’m the age which Mo probably was, 30 😢👵
Acting was so much better back then
oh i remember watching this episode on TV when i was 10, it was so scary, as a result im rly scared of fire now, it was such a well acted episode though, i was so happy for Little Mo coz shes so sweet and definatley doesnt need tht kind of marriage or relationship
What's your life like now?
I should have done what Little Mo' did to stand up to Trevor when my pathetic narcissistic pig of an ex-best friend belittled me for the last time after years of passive aggression, manipulation, bullying, psychological warfare and badmouthing from his end.
This is what abusers do, they manipulate you into believing that you are weak and can't live without them.
Lmao funny,
She does my fucking head in her voice and face goes right thru me
At 2:10, she looks like that mask from The Scary Movie! :P
You get this in the US? Also if you download Hola unblocker you can just use iplayer in the states
But is that in GB only?
which was the one where the fireman dies?
So we should be seeing this in December or January here in the states, we are about 6 years behind.
'Billy is ten times the man you are.' LOL, that's a very damning verdict almost the ultimate insult you could give to fellow human being.
No actually it’s not! At least billy didn’t rape ‘ beat the crap out of ‘ and cheat on her ……… OR try to control her! So…………
@@ellengorey7643 exactly billy was a 'loser' as such but he isn't wicked or cruel and treated her well-that was the point here.
Trevor was so damn weak.
it was probably computerised lol
She should have taken the match box and throw them in the bin
She doesn't kill him when she hits him with the iron, he gets away and presses charges and she goes to jail for a while.
This is where trev dies. He burns. She hit him with the iron before this. She hit him with the iron 3 times and he lives. He presses charges on her, and she goes down. Once is self defense, 3 times is too much. So they said.
Thanks mate! I did manage to find that out in the end, but Gerard Butler did look a fair bit like Alex McSweeney at the time! Cheers again... :-)
omg i remember this episode i was only 9 at the time
you mean 7 lol
I miss mo she was good and if Mo didn't light the candle the fire would have never happened
i flame wouldn't flow like that, it would have to have fuel on it.
gosh dat was lil mo makin woman proud! i was sooo happy when she finally stood up 2 him. n trevor was pathetic hw lw can a man get?
i just remember sum1 burnin sum1 with an iron..
YOU TOO?!
Whats happening in eastenders now in the us ?
You're wrong. This was Trevors last scene. She hit him with the iron ages before this. The house burns down with him, and sharons fire fighter man.
w00t Go Trevor!
I must say Lil Mo is very smart.
Your way behind you like 8 un half years behind us and how long are the 2 episodes on a week.
Ah, no the Beeb only sends us 2 episodes a week here in the States. And we didn't get Eastenders until 1988 or 1989, so as it is we were already behind from the beginning. So no, I am not joking. As a matter of fact we are in the middle of October 2002 right now. Alfie hasn't even arrived on the square yet.
hahah eatt yerr dinny moee
Is little Mo ever coming back. And why was she dressed in Victorian clothes
The actress said she would if there was a good story to tell, she's been in loads of stuff including Jimmy McGoven's Moving On and Grantchester 6 seasons and counting and spends 6 months of year filming Grantchester on ITV so time is a problem to come back full time. I do miss Little Mo though a great character.
@@charliechaz1982 she looked great I must say
@megamerryn The fire spreads all round the house, and little Mo and Trevor are trapped inside. Tom who went out with Sharon goes inside the burning house and rescues Little Mo and Donnas baby, then when he went back for Trevor, the house explodes and they both die
Damn.. that was a nice dressing gown, too.
if she dropped that match it would really go out before it hits the floor
why did he do that?
because she tried to divorce him
Peak on Mo
Aired 31st October 2002
the best halloween episode ever. it woz actually scary unlike this gay max/tanya/jack storyline which has been wearing itself out 4 about 6 months. screw the new characters!
good on er
fucking loved that one!
It was Little Mo who started the fire!
Couldn't we say they both started the fire? Little Mo lit the match yes, but Trevor was the one who poured the petrol in the first place.
Well they dont look too shocked that the fire that's just started in their house is blocking their only way out :S
Yeah, great actors ;)
Braddo18 You've obviously never seen the next episode (1 November 2002).
31st October 2002
@aircadetgirl nooo lol he is so like my ex in every way possible, theyre both scottish too haha
Actually, this is probably one of the most important TV scenes that many battered wives have seen in their lives. And why are you fererring to it as gay? There are soooooooo many things wrong with what you've written
