I add a dash of clay lightener into the 9+ to help control the excessive swelling and I still get great lift without all the crazy swelling

I live in Brazil and it became hard to find the Blond Me developer but I still have a lot of the powder. Is it ok to use the Blond Me powder with Igora developer?

I have mixed a 20 Volume with a 10 Volume in a 1:1 ratio to get a 15 Volume.

Thank you for this question. With the BLONDME PREMIUM 9+ LIGHTENER (or any of our other lighteners, other than BLONDME CLAY 7+ LIGHTENER) we would not recommend using 40 Volume 12%. The power of 9+ is in the powder and not the developers, we always recommend going low and slow with BLONDME using 7 or 20 BLONDME PREMIUM OIL DEVELOPERS Will get you the 9 levels of lift you need. Hope that this helps ✨
