I'd argue that the WZ 305 is much better because you also get HE-VT shells which helps dealing with aircraft so effeciently so you get an incredibly powerful tank destroyer and a very powerful anti-air, not that the ZSU cannot work as an anti-air but it's a bit more challenging though it depends on the player.

ZSU is more of a tank destroyer and WZ305 is just anti-everything. WZ305's higher BR probably works in its favor too.
