Please make video about its Sleep tracking accuracy and also a comparison video with Samsung fit 3, its a request because i'm about to buy one of them but confused.
This is not a proper measurmant as everytime you move the sat will go up and down, likewise the heartrate, moving your hand, talking, chewing even wiggling your finger will give you a false reading, having said that, the watch should not be a means of proffesional use, to get a proper reading you will get that in hospitals, these gadgets are not accurat as hospital SAT-meter, so use it carefuly and do not use it as is, for mor accurat readin use Omron

This is only used in as for say this time after exersizing what will my sat be at, other that that one should not regulerly check the SAT, as it fluxuate
There's one minor issue that I faced while checking the heart rate though, the screen turns off while checking the heart rate, and when turned on again it starts measuring from the beginning rather than continuing the measurement.
Ohh yes, to prevent this you can just touch the screen so it'll stay awake, or go to the settings -> Display & brightness -> Screen on In this option the screen will stay on from 5 to 20 minutes.
@@vishwa.yathri yeah I usually touch the screen continuously until it measures that. But keeping the screen on for 5 minutes would just drain the battery. I did send a mail to the CMF team about this issue and they replied saying that it's not a system issue but a 'Design Choice', which sounds really funny and confusing.

I would say this watch is good only if your budget is less than 5k and if you need calling function. Nothing gives software updates time to time, I had issues with sleep tracking, they fixed it with an update. I don't think any company doing this for smartwatchs which are less than 5k. I tested it with Apple Watch 7. On left hand CMF Watch Pro 2 and on right Apple watch 7. Heart rate was fairly same.

Compare with any standard company pulse ox , everyone uses Dr trust pulse ox, reliable and accurate
Microtek is also very well know company for Oximeter, and I've BP monitor from Dr Morepen.

How can i change target step count on it?? (Rn it is set on 2000 want to change to 5000)

Profile -> Daily Goal -> Calories
You can change it to whatever you want.
I think it'll take 1 step = 1 calorie
