Godzilla Minus One
Best Movie of 2023
🤯🎥🎞️🦖🍿
Best Movie in 2023
Lord of the Rings The Return of the King (2003)
It had a limited rerun in 2023 for it’s 20th Anniversary 🎞️
Godzilla should be Awarded with Oscar Wins for the many Achievements in Story, Music, Acting and Visual Effects that surpassed the Hollywood’s Biggest Blockbusters. 🥇🏆🏅🎬
Watching Oppenheimer and Godzilla Minus One afterwards would be the BEST Movie Night 🤯
definitely! and thank you for the comment!
Great review and parallel to jaws in the review. Truly best film of 2023. Unbelievable!
Thank you! Yamazaki spoke about how much he admired Spielbergs film…you can see how much of an influence particularly at the end of Godzilla. Similar ending but instead of an oxygen tank out hero shoots a sea mine
I saw it several times and just loved it!❤
Its definitely a rewatchable film...Ive seen a twice so far...i wish i would have reviewed it after the second watch. i picked up so many more subtleties. Thank you for commenting!
At first Godzilla was already massive . The t-Rex was about twelve feet tall, while Godzilla before the mutation was fifteen meters tall, or a little over 45 feet tall.
Thank you for commenting...
One of the best films of all time.
Definitely the best GODZILLA movie of all time...thank you for commenting!
This man be sounding exactly like schlatt
Had to google who that was haha I see it a little
Thank you for commenting!
me too! HA!
@2:20 I don't think it would've killed Godzilla bc he regenerates and heals quickly
…I think that in the first interaction with Godzilla…had Shikishima taken the shot with the Mitsubishi’s machine guns…the blast would have destroyed Godzillas skull. But I do think that regeneration would be possible.
...and thank you for commenting
@@mayhemwritingcompany Great review BTW and I agree w mostly everything u said 👍🏽
thank you!!! i really liked this movie...as its a return to classical film making. Best!
First of all, he was way bigger than a T-Rex. Also, I don’t believe he would’ve killed Godzilla if he took the shot.
In your estimation…how big was he then? Because in the very beginning of the film…when he walks by the Zero…Godzilla looks to be about 40 feet tall…roughly the same size as a Tyrannosaurus rex…
@@mayhemwritingcompany T-Rexes were only anywhere from 12 to 20 feet. I would say he was around 50 or 60 feet.
From Wikipedia: The most complete specimen measures up to 12.3-12.4 m (40-41 ft) in length, but according to most modern estimates, Tyrannosaurus could have exceeded sizes of 13 m (43 ft) in length, 3.7-4 m (12-13 ft) in hip height, and 8.8 tonnes (8.7 long tons; 9.7 short tons) in mass.
hmmm ... 「Shikishima」is a really ancient name for Japan ... so when characters call out his name they are literally screaming " Japan, Japan " ... there are so many things about post Pacific War referenced in the movie witch do not translate at all ... (-_-) ...
Thank you for commenting…and this is why I love “foreign” films…it’s always good to get a different perspective…I have a greater appreciation for those young men who strapped themselves into an airplane knowing it was a one way mission…or it was dishonor
I hate when people don’t have all facts rights!!
…just the facts.
Which facts weren’t right?
Generally, land minds aren't found in the water.....just saying.
@@chrischapman699water minds…yes. I was tired man…give a dude a break. Thank you for commenting though! Best!
