    I was planning to buy a flat, Now i dropped this through because of this video.
    Freehold is far better, Why to invest in lease hold flats when next generation cannot use it without any issues

    Informative session sir. But I think one important thing missed. I see in mumbai, there is a property with Freehold in Perpetuity. Please explain if it is same as Freehold or it needs extension after how many years?

    Noida mai aap plots pe 3-4 floor jarur bana sakte ho but har floor alag alag nahi bik sakta Ghaziabad ya Gurgaon ki treh. Puri kothi ka malikana hak sirf ek aadmi ko milta hai because of lease hold.

      Inamul, sale deed is a type of title deed. Any deed that transfers title of a property is a title deed. So a sale deed, a gift deed, exchange deed etc. are all examples of title deed.
      Mutation ka koi certificate nahin hota hai, revenue records update karane ko mutation kehte hain. Aap apna land record (UP mein ise khasra khatauni kehte hain) online download kar sakte hain. Iske bare mein main jald hi video banaoonga.
      Sale Deed ko hi bainama kehte hain.
      Umeed karta hoon aapke saare sawalon ke jawab mile honge aapko.

    Sir is video me apne btaya ki agar state ya govt freehold Vali property kisi individual ko sell krti hai to usme conveyance deed aati hai. Or ek video apki or hai hai jisme apne btaya tha ki sale deed relinquish deed gift deed etc all are forms of conveyance deed. To is video me aap conveyance deed ki jgahn sale deed word b use kr skte the. Sir I will wait for ur valuable feedback

      Yes Gaurav. Some states use conveyance deed when the property is made freehold for the first time, while others sell on Sale Deed. Both documents are OK.

    Sir, जैसे individual घर होता है तो घर demolish होने पर हम तुरंत अपना नया घर बना लेते हैं।। फ्लैट के case मे ऊपर नीचे बहुत सारे फ्लैट होते है तो उस कैसे में फ्लैट demolish होने पर कैसे फिर बनता है?? जैसे मेरे फ्लैट सेकंड3 फ्लोर पर है और मेरा फ्लैट demolish ho रहा है और मैं नया बनाना चाहता हूं तो कैसे बनयांगे यदि मेरे नीचे वाला जब तक नही बनाता है?

    Sir . Maine lease hold property kharidi hai ek saal ho Gaya uska land lord expired ho gaya hai 10 years ho gaya hai. Uske koi bache bhi nhi hai. Us jagah 5 logo ke Ghar hai. Sale deed kitni baaki hai Hume kuch nahi pata hai. Ab mujhe kya karna chahiye.

    What happens after the life period ends for the building or propery like if after 150 the building is not in state of occupancy...
    What does the owner get and do they get the land share....
    And does this land share part mentioned in thr sale deed.. ?
    Kindly take out sometime and help me with this doubt .
