1 week except for foxnut (makhana). It is best for consumption within a day.

none of the nuts are finger sticky. Still if you are not comfortable use spatula or cooking gloves for mixing purpose.

I was trying to look up if anyone has put almonds in the microwave with olive oil salt and garlic powder and then added the Siracha mayo on top. Its really good.

How many days we can store it
Allow roasted nuts to cool down completely before storing them. Transfer them to separate airtight containers and store at room temperature.
They remain fresh, crunchy, and tasty for 1 week except for foxnut (best consume it within a day or two).

Nice information but I thinks it is shallow fry not roasted bcz ur using ghee or butter in it ,
I doubt if this will stay for long and too sugary for my liking
Technically honey cannot be consumed when heated.
Honey not mix with ghee or butter
Technically even the indian state did research into this claim that stems from Ayurveda and they showed that no toxicity developed when heating honey. The taste and health benefits are affected, but it does not become toxic.

Honey shudnt be heated at all and all the nuts lose its healthiness if we eat like this
