Thanks for all your videos, I have a simple detector and all the accessories needed for a beginner, and you have me wanting to do it again. You are very easy and pleasant to follow and I can actually feel your excitement when youre on the hunt, I will continue to watch everything you have and I have suscribed.
Well thank you so much, Jim. I sure appreciate you subscribing and joining my adventures. I wish you much luck on your hunts; hope you find something fantastic in short order.🙂🍀
Love to watch your videos your passion and love off detecting is evident myself and son detect in yorkshire England and love to watch and gain experience through detectorists like yourself. Kind regards Ian and Connor Green
Thanks James. 🙂 After one visit to Wyoming, I immediately came to understand why cowboys wear the hats and boots they do. During my first trip I wore my hiking boots and a cactus went straight through the bottom into my foot. Now it’s cowboy boots and hat for this girl!
Used to live in Wyoming. Good gold in the Gas hills and Medicene Bow( douglas creek.) Water is hard to detect but your persistence will pay off. Trash is just part of the game. Thanks for sharing your adventure with the community.😎😎⛏⛏🔥🔥
Just watched this one... You have come a long way.... I chuckled every time I thought you should use that shinny pinpointer on your utility belt. Beautiful spot to hunt.
Kudos for your patience! Im from Massachusetts where we had a wicked wet summer. Soooo many mosquitoes and black flies! I almost gave up detecting for the day; yeah right! :)
Haha, I feel you! I don’t usually encounter those biting flies in Tennessee, so those Wyoming bugs had me ready to bathe in bug spray or buy a full body bug net. 😂
Great Job on your excursion.. the gold kruzer is a pretty good unit. Love your enthusiasm - just remember to be safe and maybe take a side arm if you are going to detect alone in the country. Always better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Great Job again! Washington detector.
Great show, Own a simplex still learning it have the headphones too. SIMPLEX loves the parks. It's great on the beaches too. I just have to be there before they rake the sand with those big machines 😀👍
Thank you. 😊 I’m learning everyday too, and hopefully that will always be the case. 🍀 Wishing you many a happy hunt and thanks so much for visiting my channel. 🤗❤️
Great big howdy from northern Cali! I love the scenery of those wide open places can I found five slider pokers panning in a Creek today and Marvels at how they could have tumbled all the way from Montana and deposited on the ocean floor at the Coastline at Nevada border 15 million years ago
We have only 2 poisonous snakes here in Wyoming THANK GOD. We have the pygmy rattler down by the Flaming Gorge in Southwest, WY and Prairie Rattler in a few parts of WY. I have seen a dead pgymy but, never a Prarie Rattler, nor do I ever want to see them. The water snake is most likely the garter snake. We do have huge bull snakes here that are harmless and good about killing the rattle snakes. That is one reason why I love living in WY, hardly any snakes, especially poisonous ones. Since I've lived here all my life and if you're ever coming here again, let me know and I will take you to some places where gold has been found, amongst other gems. We are just around the corner for winter, like snow could happen next week since we are heading into September. I've seen snow happen several times at the beginning of September so, it's never a surprise. Maybe summer 2023?
Pretty nice creek.. Cool, mellow.. Looked like a “water snake” or a “Rubber Boa”..(At least they aren’t “Bad”ankle biters…The water can nip) And digging bullets? I certainly know that feeling, lols.. .. I use my G-Kruzzer Out in Az..
I like to use what I call a sprinkling technique for that tiny stuff scrape the earth with a pick until it moves a little bit it should be in the material you just moved then lay the coil down flat if You can and sprinkle the material on the coil and Remove it as You go the detector will sound off when the metal hits the coils and then it’s right there and you can use your finger tips to move it around and isolate and locate it I found once I mastered that method it saved me alot of time and effort and struggle compared to a plastic scoop method because it can be extremely difficult to isolate that small stuff when I got my gold Kruzer I didn’t understand just how sensitive it was that it will find stuff that my pinpointer can’t so you have to find other ways to recover the target really enjoyed your persistence and enthusiasm and subscribed
I appreciate you sharing this with me - Thank you! I'm amazed at how tiny some of the pieces of scrap are that the gold Kruzer finds! I appreciate you stopping by and subscribing. :)
Hey.... that's my territory..😂🤣 guess us miners should hit the beach ⛱️ with our detectors! Lol crick diggin's a whole different ball game lol Keep swinging girl!! ✨️⛏️
Love your videos, and you're cute as a button. Been meaning to get up to the Eastern Tennessee mountains for some metal detecting, since I'm up there 2-3 times a year. Maybe we'll bump into each other one day.
Hunting for Gold and coming up empty is better than not hunting for Gold at all... Hope you find tons of Gold in your search... btw: good job not getting too muddy... 🙂
Go to the American River in Northern California. Off Hwy 49. You will go home with a nugget if you spend a day there. Good luck on the next one. P.S. Casino close by and good eats.
Hi there! I'm afraid I haven't had the chance to try the GMT 9000, but I'm sure it's a great detector. I really like the Nokta because it's lightweight and the frequency can detect super small targets.
The conductivity of lead is surprisingly similar to that of gold to a VLF metal detector, If you discriminate out the lead, you will also loose the gold. If you are finding lead (and nickels) you are set correctly for gold in nugget form. - Joe
The volume is a little low on your video but the scenery is beautiful and I see you got the the macro is a good machine very underrated it's just a little squeaky LOL
I’ve since gotten some better audio equipment thankfully. The Nokta is a great machine. I’m always amazed at how tiny of a target it can find. I will say I’m not a fan of the tones though; they are squeaky and I have a hard time hearing the differences.
Smart choice walking away from the snake. Was it a water moccasin ? We have them here in CT. Usually more afraid of humans but can give a nasty bite. Beautiful country there where you were 👍
I think it was just a little brown water snake - definitely not a water moccasin. We have those here in TN and I give them a wide berth. The west is so beautiful and a lot more freedom to explore….I may end up living there someday.
I moved a 70 year old woman to Bozeman, Montana a few years ago. Would have loved to stop and metal detect, but couldn’t do it as she was with me lol. But it is beautiful country. I want to get back to California with my detectors.
Hi Charles, I completely agree….audio equipment is on my list of things I need. I’m soft spoken to begin with so it can be hard to hear me over the wind, etc. Thanks for visiting my channel! 🤗
...I'm still waiting for you to come upon the saddle bag of 5$ gold pieces from a bank robbery...where the bandit buried the loot ...and then the posse got him :)
Thanks!
Thanks ever so much! You are most appreciated!🍀❤️🍀

Good job on the finds and thanks for taking us along you will find that nugget yet maybe bring a gold pan with you too.
I’m glad you enjoyed coming along. 🤗. I actually had a gold pan with me, but was having too much fun detecting. Haha

I never get tired of visiting Wyoming. It's an incredibly beautiful place with an endless list of things to do.

Rock creek!! Beautiful place!!
It is indeed! ❤️🍀
Happy hunting!!!!’😏🙂👏👋🇨🇦🌟
Have you ever looked for homestead markers! In a place I visited as a kid, I found a 1890 coin
Doesn't the detector have a frequency adjustment?
It is Beautiful here in Wyoming...I've lived here now 6 years..just outside Gillette due East.
Is your battery down on the pin pointer.
Try your pinpointed
Make sure to ground balance it each time and your recovery time on each item will increase. Love your videos
Thanks so much Rob! It’s taking me a while to get the hang of things, but I did notice that more frequent ground balancing seemed to help.
Awesome video! Just started wish me luck!
Wishing you loads of luck!🍀🍀🍀🍀

It sure is - I can’t wait to go back this year! It’s the middle of nowhere - my favorite. 😍
I used to have a bounty hunter that had an adjustment frequency knob
Cool video, beautiful area, new subscriber right here 😊, keep swinging my new friend, Gary at Norcal Detecting
Nice to meet you my new friend! Thanks so much for stopping by and subscribing. ❤️
Where in Wyoming is this?
The snake was protecting that nugget you were looking for. ✌️😎
Haha - that would be just my luck! 😂
Really what kind of snake?
Love your channel and your hunts! You are beautiful and so petite, but a detecting champ. How do you like your Gold Kruzer so far?
Omg my next question was just that a bullet 🤣🤣🤣
A beautiful spot
It really was Tom. I’m looking forward to going back again this summer. 🙂🍀
Next time, bring your pinpointer!
Gin, can I also purchase a Nokta junk cruiser and put it on non sensitive mode and find junk like you do for only $600?
How fun!
Thanks Robin! I’m having a blast. 🤗
Might I suggest a gold pan/classifier to combine with your metal detector. Nice try.
Wow, where do they grow um like you at? lol
Go to the American River in Northern California. Off Hwy 49. You will go home with a nugget if you spend a day there. Good luck on the next one.
P.S. Casino close by and good eats.
Gary, I’ve got this wrote down in my suggestion book.🙂
Hi, why didn’t you use your pin pointer.
which one is the best for tiny gold nugget 0.2g: Gold Kruzer vs GMT 9000.
Hi there! I'm afraid I haven't had the chance to try the GMT 9000, but I'm sure it's a great detector. I really like the Nokta because it's lightweight and the frequency can detect super small targets.
Looking for all the good stuff I like this
The first target signal almost sounds like it was laughing at you in a cartoonish sort of way.
It often feels that way too. 😂🤣
Why would lead be the trigger? Doesn't the detector discriminate hence separate trash from gold
The conductivity of lead is surprisingly similar to that of gold to a VLF metal detector, If you discriminate out the lead, you will also loose the gold. If you are finding lead (and nickels) you are set correctly for gold in nugget form. - Joe
you will finally score that right target
Kaunis aarteenetsijä👍👏🍾🍓
Ha lol Gin, is it how out there?
I love your..........hat.
Is there a detector that you would recommend for an adult who is just starting out?
It depends where you’ll be hunting. At the beach or inland mostly?
@@LuckyGin mostly inland
I see your pin pointer on your belt. Seems it would go a lot faster if you used it. Just wondering.
You are right about that. I’d only been detecting for a short time when I made this video and was still learning.🙂
@@LuckyGin Oh, ok. Well, I apologize for inquiring. But in any case your vids are great. You go girl, keep them coming.

I thought Wyoming had only fine gold. I didn’t think Wyoming had any places that had detectable gold
Wyoming does have flour gold, but there have been nuggets found.
I get it, you are hoping to find some nuggets? Good luck 🍀.
Keep on diggin you'll find some soon or later
Thanks for the encouragement John! ❤️

Lol no moccasins here. We only have two venomous snake species both are rattle snakes.

Omg you tossed it out
A friendly hint, use your pinpointer more and your digger less.
Yeah give them a huge wide space
Why don't you use your pin pointer seems that would speed things up in the scoop,,,enjoyed the video.
Learning curve - this was one of my early videos. 🙂
@@LuckyGin Keep up the good videos I enjoy watching them when I can't get out.
