Lila Brasher ya... foreclosures are all postponed till after April from trump bill from what I understand. I use propstream.
hi ryan a really nice video, i would like to take over this sector and i have a question, when you sign the initial contract that you will resell to an investor do you first have to shell out cash? because then the problem would be to have a cash outflow, risking not to find the right investor. How much time do you have to find a cash buyer after you get the contract. And if you don’t find a buyer you’re able to back out no loss?
How do you deal with showings or buyers wanting to see the house if you are abroad?
Where do u obtain the contracts? Does the seller fill it out via email and resend to you or the title company?
