I've been doing my research because i have to travel alot from miami to other states for trader events and give speeches. I'm a crypto trader and what some would say a "megladon" in the market lol. Im not sure if i should buy or charter a private jet. I would much rather fly alone and not with other ppl.

Hey Ryan, I’m currently in the process of deciding how I want to go about becoming a pilot, I was considering ATP flight school but after everything I’ve heard and been reading on the internet I’m not quite sure if it’s my best option, I’m currently in the military and have access to a lot of benefits but not quite sure how I should use them, I’m honestly just looking for the cheapest most efficient way of becoming and airline pilot, I’ve taken a few lessons and chi aerospace in New Hampshire and not sure if I should continue there or Pursue going to a college with a flight program, is there anything that you might suggest in my current situation?

They conveniently forgot to mention that they have like a 90% drop out rate. All this after they get THOUSANDS of dollars out of you! FUCK ATP AND FUUUUUCK DUMBASS FLIGHT SCHOOL!!

It should all be based on seniority that way you sit back show up to work do your job and wait your turn. Everybody deserves a chance. That's why I love unions. Do you, as the wholesaler, always have to put money out up front in short sale situations? I currently have a home under contract that is turning into a short sale do to some undisclosed debit.

1) initially buying a short sale is a pain and can take months 2) the banks must satisfy the guidelines set by the investor ( Fanny, Freddie, FHA) 3) banks want to get as much as they can 4) there will other debt and liabilities, second mortgage, tax liens and then the home owner will have to pay back the amount that the Mortgage Insurance covered ( a TOTAL RIP OFF) 5) and then there are the usual costs of buying a house that is likely in disrepair.. 6) now there is a wholesaler adding his “ consulting fee”… So now the end buyer is buying a property at FULL GODDAMN RETAIL MINUS A LITTLE BIT. How is this an investor deal ? Just skip all of this crap and buy a retail on the mls that needs paint and carpet.

It takes all your time and a ton of money to even get started and businesses can be super difficult to scale.

70 degrees in Phoenix everyday...July highs never got below 110 this year, and a couple weeks ago the highs were in the 40s. I feel like someone is exaggerating a bit. Regardless, Phoenix does have great flying weather, albeit a little hot for planes with no A/C.

Whats the difference between private, charter and corporate? Does one tend to go to better travel destinations, I'm guessing the crew for private is very small, so im guessing you are more likely to be alone also I'm 46 single no kids, do you think my age will have a big impact on being hired, and what about neck tattooes is it frown upon in the aviation community
