Hi Ryan. i've been a suscriber for awhile and enjoy watching your progress. I'm NOT a hater, but i do have a contrarian view. Take it or leave it. Not trying to tell you to do it my way. I'm about to turn 50 and i started investing in property at 26 years old. I now have a seven figure net worth and a significant portfolio. The reason is two fold: (1) the time value of money...I started investing early, and most importantly (2) cash flow from salary. I did all my investing and property buying on the side using capital from my savings. In my opinion, and it doesn't mean I'm right, the best thing you could do at your age is get back on with the airlines or flying coprorate and get that SIX FIGURE salary. Even if you hate it! You'll have plenty of free time to work on your businesses on the side while you BUILD NET WORTH! Everything I have accumulated has my income as it's foundation. Again, I'm not a hater...just trying to offer a different point of view. Good luck!

My legit dream is to fly an Airbus aircraft and also maybe small private jets? I already know it's a big hard difficult thing to do. It's not easy. It sounds easy but it's alot harder than you think. ( I might be wrong about this )
