You’re raising some hard working babies😊. Kudos to you. Love your little family❤
Thoroughly enjoy all of your videos, love that you all work so well together, thank you for taking the time to take us on your journey. Sending kindness from Derbyshire Dales England.
I was told once, that good firewood is better than money in the bank! Great job cute family.
I love watching the kids work right along with y’all…not once did I see either of them grimacing or acting like they didn’t want to be there..little Maggie had a smile carrying almost every stick of wood that I could see..I also want to give a huge shout out to Jacob stacking the wood 🪵 he did an awesome job, I know from my young days growing up & having to help carry wood & there’s an art to stacking it so it doesn’t roll off during transport…I think y’all are awesome parents ❤ those boots look comfy..I live in Florida now so really don’t wear boots except maybe ankle boots a few times in the winter…lol..but I’ll pass along the info for my family & friends back there in NC❤
Wonderful to see family work together. I miss the wood heat and actually enjoyed the process. Your property is beautiful.
I love Hisea boots! They are very comfortable and extremely durable. That’s an excellent discount, I think I got 10% off when I bought mine last year.
You all work so well together!
Great job raising the kids to be involved in everything necessary for your family thrive.
You all work together so great, great family , love it, love the video.......keep them coming !
One thing is for sure, what them youngins are doing with you two is worth GOLD in their future. They ain't sittin indoors on cell phones playing games etc. They are "workin" and learnin that that is what life is all about. Idle hands are the devils workshop as my Dad always said. Jacob sometimes carries the camera when with Dad and everything you are saying to us about this and that, Jacobs brain is soaking up that knowledge way better than if you was just telling him only.....Kid Look Listen and Learn. Jacob is always listening to his Daddy and when he gets older he will Quote everything he heard through memories of working right along side you.....Them kids are truly Blessed with a Golden future

Great video guys. It’s nice seeing you all working together as a family with all your different chores. I’ve got to get busy on our firewood as well, it’s true that firewood warms you multiple times lol. Thanks for sharing. 😇🙏🏻🙌🏻👍🏻
Great video! Abrahm Lincoln said firewood warms twice once cutting it and secondly burning it!
When it is so dry like that, and you get good rain... some trees will drop because they have nothing solid holding in the roots.
Thank you for your wonderful videos. It's enjoyable to see what other homesteaders are doing. Thank you also foe the discount code on the boots I just ordered me a pair.
Thanks for the recommendation on the wood splitter.
We were just about to get to ordering boots for all the grand kids. This is perfect! Ty
thank you!
I enjoy watching this. Its amazing how well you all work so hard and well together. Your children are awesome. God bless and Happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you! You too!
That’s a good job getting ready for the winner. I wonder if it’s gonna be a real cold winter
That would be me out there working it’s been since October. I’ve hurt my wrist and I’m so let me know what I can do. It’s frustrating I’m right handed but it’s my left wrist. You would be surprised how much you use both hands now that I can’t it’s ,it’s not I’m not happy. I’ve been very frustrated , the guys are helping me constantly but I don’t know.🌱
Great team work!!
Good video. I have the same saw; it is a workhorse although not my favorite to start sometimes. Good point about splitting the wood. Only have 1 stove but try to have a mix of sizes. I appreciate winter because I prefer firewood chores to mowing and weeding our property but come February I am usually ready for spring LOL.
I feel the same way about winter!
Congratulations on 50K!!! Had not seen this one yet
I always said when it got too cold to run a chainsaw, you better have your wood cut cause it's COLD! I never could run a chainsaw and especially a splitting maul with a coat on. My sister would like how you split that wood and she can handle it better.
Bet yall sleep good at night lol
Cutting wood is hard work
I just SUBSCRIBED ON YOUR CELLAR VIDEO,,,I AM STAYING UP WATCHING AS MANY OF YOUR VIDEOS THAT I CAN TONIGHT ,,,ILL CATCH UP ILL WATCH THEM ALL ,,YOUR KIDDOS REMIND ME WHEN MINE DID THIS ,,IM KENTUCKY BORN WILL DIE KENTUCKY ♥️👍🏻♥️🙏🏼♥️🌲♥️
thank you1
Ohhh that would be a great area for permaculture planting or gorilla gardening. We have some places very similar on our 100 acres here in east ky hills that i want to follow youtuber Perma pastures Farm method of planting. I like the idea for this place in time. I enjoy your real life homesteading videos. God bless and keep you all.
I lone to split and work with fire wood.
Them kids are some little workers for sure
Andy, sometimes intuitive thoughts are for a reason. The Good Lord leads.
It could be for reasons unknown for now but since its been so dry, you may be clearing the floor for fire safety- who knows 🤷♀️
you never know!
What log splitter do you have? I was thinking it looks like a D R
It’s an Oregon brand sold at tractor supply
Whatcha gonna do about erosion since you took out the trees? First big rain will push that top soil downhill.
its just small spots about 3-4 feet in diameter thats loose where each tree was so it wont really be much issue but once im done Ill throw down some grass seed on the whole thing
what a team effort~!
