How to apply Ford Maverick tailgate lettering

I have a 23 XL in the Area 51 blue. I purchased the lettering but I'm waiting for a warm day to apply it. I'm hoping it will look nice like yours :)

Put mine on the orange maverick and the sure stand out great. But I didn't use the soap just use a stright side and tilted them into place. 😊

I also have the Atlas Blue Maverick and have ordered the same letters but in chrome..... Looking forward to installing them. How did the water soap solution work out..... Did the M stick ok?
Yes it finally did but saw no use in continuing that approach. The letters were thick enough to just put them on without using the water
What were they about 3 inches to fit that so called truck
Is that Atlas blue?
Yes it is. She ordered it the previous year and wanted velocity blue but it got rolled Over to a 23 so had to get the atlas.

Why in the world would you buy that Maverick ? It’s NOT a real truck. It has no frame and it’s front wheel drive. It just a car with a big open trunk. If you wanted a truck and could not afford a full size one you could of gotten a Ranger, at least it would of been better than that. That is just a cheap little terd. They are ugly both inside AND out when compared to the Ranger, F150 or Super Duty. You might as well of just gotten a go kart and tied a trailer to it. That is not a man’s truck at all, it’s a kid’s vehicle or a girl truck. Nobody will be honest and say this but believe me they either laugh at you or feel sorry for you. But thanks for the info on the lettering advise, I will be putting those on my Super Duty soon.
Good point. It is a girls truck. That’s why my daughter bought it she loves it.
@@Boomerlife62 I know she will, when I got my Super Duty my daughter begged me for my Ranger so I gave it to her. She refuses to drive a car. 😂😂

@@Lothlorian142 So it’s wasteful gluttony to buy a vehicle that ACTUALLY looks nice and performs well ? 😂 I am a born again Christian as well and I don’t remember anywhere in scripture where it says you can’t have nice things. And YES the Maverick is useless as a truck, it has no frame, it’s front wheel drive, it can’t tow anything substantial (MAYBE a jet ski or two at most), it’s far less comfortable than a bigger real truck, it’s not as safe in a collision, and as far as rear seated occupants go it’s awful.
