I enjoy it
i am all alone, just me and my baby
I am going to travell by flight in my 35 weeks... what should I do while travelling to protect my babay
Compression socks, stay hydrated, depending on the length of your flight you need to get up a least once per hour to walk, do sitting ankle rotation and calve raises.
Thanks slot but I live alone thus do my house chores all by my self how bad will this affect me.
It wont affect you badly. Just keep resting in between work, sit or lie down like for 10 mins every hour, and obviously avoid lifting heavy things (more than 10kg) and avoid household cleaning chemicals like bleach etc, use natural cleaning items. Housework is in fact one of the best ways to be active and promotes healthy delivery. All the best!
@@fatimah2283 thanks dear, I was really worried
Same thing, l live alone and do all my chores alone, l recently slipped in the bathroom yesterday when l was scrubing, but my scan says everything I'd fine. I will take this advice as well🙏🙏
@@thabybabeboakye8970 I hope you and your baby are okay. I, too, live alone as my partner is at sea working as a seafarer for months at a time. God bless all of us mamas!
But I like my high heels 😔 ... What about wedges/platforms? 😍
You choose your high heels or the baby. We women are something else
@@deborahnkrumahyeboah8117 I’m now 8 months pregnant & according to my *doctor,* our baby girl is very healthy, & assures me that it’s ok for me to wear the shoes I prefer as long as it doesn’t cause me discomfort/imbalance. I’m not hurting our baby by wearing some cute shoes every now & then. I don’t even wear those kinds of shoes frequently or long enough for there to be an issue. Thank you.
@@deborahnkrumahyeboah8117 Maybe approach these topics with a less judgmental mindset. She is not choosing shoes over a child.
@@deborahnkrumahyeboah8117 Wearing high heels doesn't mean you don't care for your baby. She just asked a question. Those are recommendations not obligations. They say we shouldn't do the chores. If I live alone what should I do ? Hire someone ? No I have to adapt myself. If I work and need to take the bus to go to work I can't avoid traffic period as they suggest in the video. Everyone does it's best as long as you are fine and your doctor confirm you and the baby are healthy. Stop judging.
