Not sure how your birthday is relevant, way to make it all about you lol, but the uniforms do need to change, their really tacky, colour don't contrast well and the patterns look messy.

Recognition is one thing, but interpretation is relatively much more important because uniforms are the frontal image of a company, and many people think the current uniforms are ugly and tacky, me included, they are outdated, the design is a mess, all over the place and not very iconic. Recognition can be achieved whilst looking good.
