- Christopher Nkunku offered Chelsea fans another glimpse of an exciting future after signing off from RB Leipzig in some style. The French forward agreed a deal with the Blues last year that will see him arrive at Stamford Bridge in the next few weeks for a fee of £53million, providing a much-needed boost to a goal-shy attack that scored just 38 times during a dismal Premier League campaign.

Chelsea ain't killing their talent. Sometimes, those players aren't up to the standard we rate them . We also forget that leagues are different. EPL is build different that's why only few players succeed. Before Manutd bought Sancho we all saw what he was doing at Dortmund ,now his not even up to that.
Sometimes too; those players feel talent alone is enough in EPL but it's not. Tis talents plus hardwork.
Another thing also is clips we watch on CZcams about players , so do give us big expectations about the players . I remember when Hazard signed , how many videos did we see about him. But he came and conquered EPL. We didn't have high expectations but instead we were caught by surprise.
Let jus wait and be calm about Nkunku coming . Don't expect too much . Let jus watch the boi do his thing. Also hope the coach tactics will help me grow.
Many many players have come to EPL and didn't succeed in different clubs not jus Chelsea. Likes of Haller , Di Maria and many more and these are good players .
@@showgbenga9893 I agree with the fact some players aren’t suited to the PL, but with Havertz he’s had multiple manager changes and played multiple different positions.
No young player coming to a new league under those conditions will develop and prosper.
@@A1Steady27 you get changing of coaches and also not playing the right position steadily hinder havertz and one of the thing that affected them is that. I love Havertz so much but we never used him at the right place and at the right time. He would have also played well more under TT but the changing of ownership also affected us. I wait to see what the next season will bring for us with Poch .

Just don't repeat havertz mistake with nkunku. Can't waste him with this shit of false9 like they did to kai. He's naturally a very creative attacking midfielder in the final third.
Cfc need to buy a natural number 9 n use nkunku in his natural role as the number 10.

@@josephgalloway5774 so long as they don't deploy him as a main striker there's no problem. He's the reason Werner got good numbers in the last seasons, he was Werner's main creator. The season wen Werner joined Chelsea with 32 goals 18 of those goals were assisted by nkunku

Nkuku to Chelsea for 53 and Haaland fo City for 52. This is ridiculous. I swear he aint gonna score half the goals Haaland scored. French players must stop be overhyped.
That wasn't Haaland's market value though, he was actually worth over 100m. City got him for cheap because Dortmund put a low release clause in his contract and Haaland also only wanted to play for City.
