I was under the impression that the Stiga Cybershape was a patented design. That blade looks almost exactly like the same shape.

Miraculously, the blade changed from an octagon to a round shape when he was aplaying the rubber!

Always thought blades are machine-mass-produced but it's nearly 100% human touch here. Great craftsmanship/exposure, amazing. However, would like to see the wood-type used for the blade and how carbon sheet is applied between veneers. That would be a huge plus to the video.

Most blades are mass-produced by machine, but these are "handmade custom". No idea where the "world's only" comes from. There are many custom blade makers in the world. I bought two last year from SDC in Portugal.

Absolutely NOT, what I was expecting. I hoped to see the wood selection, drying methods, cutting the veneers and eventually gluing them together to form blade. Pure wood or with carbon. Cutting and shaping is a common skill for millions of woodworkers in the wide world. Nothing special.

@@samwaskito6205 nothing special, there are so many table tennis racket that is handmade.
He did glue the veneers in the video. You shouldn’t expect things like drying with these artisans. Almost none of them have such facility. They just glue veneers from suppliers and cut. Some manage to have wood, fiber sheet, and even glue same as what’s used in large companies. Some are more rough. wood selection is also simple. Mainly just a copy of the classical structure and select outer layers based on wood pattern.

You can glue it yourself. You can buy carbon fabric and create your own plywood with carbon.

Sono molto costose rispetto alla media di una buona racchetta professionale, ma indubbiamente avere una racchetta personalizzata da un vantaggio tecnico e ne giustifica il prezzo, quello che non capisco come fanno a personalizzarle cioè è chi compra che da le caratteristiche richieste o se sono loro che chiedono dei dati della persona come ad esempio le dimensioni della mano ecc ? 🤔 .

At minute 0:54 you can see a bump in the rubber. This is most likely due to the type of lacquer used, as you can see in the video, which does not allow the glue to adhere perfectly to the wood.
The hand sanding you see at minute 1:11 will never achieve a flat and level surface, which results in an uneven bounce of the ball.
Cutting by hand with a bandsaw will never achieve equal-sized rackets.
It would be interesting to see what kind of glues are used to glue together the various layers of wood and any composite materials.
This racket is nice to look at, but not to play with.
Anyway, congratulations on your dexterity.

Al minuto 0:54 si può vedere una protuberanza nella gomma. Questo è molto probabilmente dovuto al tipo di lacca usata, come si può vedere nel video, che non permette alla colla di aderire perfettamente al legno.
La levigatura manuale che si vede al minuto 1:11 non raggiungerà mai una superficie piatta e livellata, il che si traduce in un rimbalzo irregolare della palla.
Tagliando a mano con una sega a nastro non si otterranno mai racchette di dimensioni uguali.
Sarebbe interessante vedere che tipo di colle vengono utilizzate per incollare insieme i vari strati di legno ed eventuali materiali compositi.
Questa racchetta è bella da vedere, ma non da giocare.
Comunque complimenti per la manualità .
