New Delhi, India possibly has the world record for the worst air quality in the world.
The initial screw-up occurred due to the brass worm-gear getting stripped. It's meant solely for pivoting when the base is flat. It's brass to spare the pricier steel cog-gear from wearing out.
On the crane pulling the car out of the canal, the crane did not have the outriggers set. That probably was the reason for toppling over.
I wonder if the tar tanker driver was paid for the "new asphalt" driveway?

How does water come into contact with the asphalt inside of the tank? How does the water get in there?
It wasn't cleaned out properly previously.
1st one is in Brazil.
The first mishap was because the brass worm-gear stripped. It should only be used to pivot when the base is level. It is made from brass to keep from wearing the more expensive steel cog-gear out.

And sometimes ones slightly bigger than 40ft.

I am a smart human, watch dumb humans enough and remember to not make the same mistakes. It it good to learn from your own mistakes but even better if you can learn from someone other people's mistakes. Obviously, the people in these videos either have not watched enough dumb human videos or haven't learned from them.

Not all shipping containers are 20' long. Some are much longer as you can clearly see in your own video.
The one that fell was a 20' container, the longer ones are 40'. (I've worked at a warehouse where our deliveries had to be handballed off a 40' container, they hold a LOT of of boxes!)
